Thanks for the video. Like you I ordered my E39 in the fall of 2000, and yes, there are bits of plastic needing to be replaced. Upon inspection of the "pocket" facing the rear seat I noticed it needs replacing as well. That will be an easy one. All the best!

My arm rest is stuck forward, how do I correct this?
Hi, There's a screw on the bottom of the armrest that adjust then sliding tension. Try backing that screw out.
