Best advice was: You need a portfolio that makes companies want you.
I'm using the same portfolio for 4 years now and got 3 Jobs.
At the beginning you switch jobs more often I think to get the most out for you.

I hear you, it's probably the easiest entry point in the US. Here in Turkey, there's only one job posting for a html email developer (except they require 3+ years exp plus photoshop skills). The best opportunities in Turkey are companies seeking PHP developers....pages and pages of job opportunities only requiring 1 year of exp.

Still can't even get an interview for html emial developer. They are all asking for salesforce marketing cloud. Trail head is free but the test is $200 i am trying to push through but I am burnt out on both ends, from my current job that I hate and doing more just to get hired for this. I want to keep goong but i have been at thos for over 2 years and other bootcamps before CP. im tired.
Honestly the cert will be worth it and pretty sure they pay for the test if you take the course on there

You have to search other titles my advice is what ever job board you use search email and html. That way it will show you all the jobs. Forget job titles because you might see marketing specialist but it email development
