He really just broke down alot
Great Great answer
Yeah tbh that was a really well-put response to a pretty “on the spot” question fr!
Finally somebody explained it in a way everyone can understand.
Dude isn’t even role player material either GTFOH it’s bronny dudes an average basketball player who’s not good enough
Nobody understands how much mpj does for nuggets man bro whenever nuggets are locked they hit him for a contested 3. Every time he hits contested 3s in ppls faces
Bronny Jr.’s role is to help whatever team drafts him to land Lebron 😂
Michael Porter Jr. Is 6' 10" while Bronny is 6' 1". Bronny doesn't have nearly enough room for error.
He explained himself
Micheal porter Jr was arguably the most talented player out of his draft class idk what you're on about
@@AK-hg9qwluka doncic?
@@seann3765 yeah obviously real life trajectory is different than projected trajectory and general consensus at the time, mpj was the best NA prospect going into college and then hurt his back resulting in him falling a little, but even then.
Still a champion and doing better in life than any of us
@@seann3765nah it was fosho mpj before injury I remember them tb him in hs Luka wasn’t even in question
He’s definitely seen his games lmao
He’s an NBA player, who plays 80 something games a season, he’s constantly traveling, and training. I’m sure he hasn’t seen his games
@@sportologymediaHe’s on a podcast right now during play offs, I’m sure he has a lot more time than you think he does lil bro
@@sportologymediatheres a reason why he mentioned the “ball domininant player” thing lol, hes definitely at least seen clips
@@BaketballKidMC he probably saw the mcdonald's all american, college ball and nba regular season go on at the same time, im pretty sure he watching tape of his opponents rather than usc games
You’d be surprised a lot of these guys don’t even watch the sports they play lmao
Dude definitely didnt want lebron to come after him😂
Nuggets own lebron
@@rip710no they own the lakers bron has more rings and MVPs than the whole nuggets team 🤣🤣
Yeah right Lebron sucks balls Porter would light his ass up.
Or maybe he’s not an ignorant person like the rest of u internet trolls
@@alexrobushi7043 I need to rephrase this, I was talking about how lebron would say something if he heard anyone talk bad about his son
“Bronny Jr” Kyle is funny as hell they need an NHL player on
the NHL hates nelk
@@ErenJaeger13why
@@luckyjayslots8871bro nelk is a bunch of 30+ year olds acting like high schoolers
@@Ahahahessoooooo living like what the majority of the population considers “the best years of your life “ 😂 just say ur stressed out and life is hard it’s okay
I really appreciate and like that answer
He'll be terrible in the NBA....even worse than he sucked in college
@@dawsonsschittcreek5395 yet he still in the league making M’s and you’re not
Bronny would be like Lu Dort kind of a player in a team, a great defender who can knock threes
Its all about marketability. People will go watch Bronny play.
but an nba team isnt going to play a bum
If he doesn’t play well people will stop watching
It really isn’t though. Bronny would struggle to get minuted in even the worst NBA teams. Dumb comment.
He'll be as good as Tim Tebow in baseball at best
🧢🧢🧢🧢 if he not good we not watching
He really said that you gotta be a spot up shooter and play D. Wow great Insight
I mean it was just an example there’s other roles
To start off as , few rookies get given the keys very early
Bronny has a long promising career if his heart can stay healthy I see the potential
He's right!!
Good take
*Kyle Korver has entered the chat*
Playoff bum
HE SEEN THE GAMES HE JUST DONT WANNA DISRESPECT Lebron 🤣🤣
Very insightful take
A 6’3” point guard can’t just “hit corner 3s and defend” he needs to make plays for his teammates and a lot of the scoring falls on the primary ball handler which is usually the PG, even if he comes off the bench with a second unit.
I’m about follow this guy , he has a Brain 🧠
I’ve watched USC games this past season, Porter is right on this.
Bronny definitely has the tools, skill set, IQ and the mentality of using his tools to best help the team win, he plays without ego. That can translate to a great role player in the NBA despite all the hate he gets.
Teamwork makes the dream work!
Faxx there is a lot of cold ass hoopers that didn’t make the league
And there's only so many roster spots. How many to a team. 11? That's not many spots if u do the math
Name one player ever in the NCAA with those stats ever considered for the NBA draft
💯 if his last name wasn’t James he wouldn’t even be talked about
theres been plenty
Jimmy butler
@@yassieradam4154 Jimmy averaged 15 points his final year of college but okay
There’s literally been hella players who only averaged a few points in college and got drafted/had great careers. Educate yourself some time brother
This situation reminds me of how Joe Budden treated his co-hosts Rory and Mal..
If you play defense and give effort plays like rebounding and chasing down loose balls. You WILL get playing time.
Future analyst there! Great take and engaging. He’ll be a millionaire for a long while!
What people forget is that a lot of players going into the NBA out of the draft, have always been the best or best co-player on their team and have egos.
These players maintain that ego when trying to establish themselves in the league and often overestimate themselves, instead of using their tools to best help the team win albeit in a lesser role than they want.
Bronny doesn’t have this mentality based on USC games I’ve watched. MPJ makes a great point here.
Who are these 6'4 (more like 6'2) 3 and D guys you speak of 😂😂😂
Bronny might be 6’1
As long as he has social media daddy taught him what not to do
He really didn’t want to say trash 🚮 for lebron sake
Jimmer is probably a prime example of someone who had a ton of talent and never got a role. He should have adapted his game to be more of a Chris Paul, Steve Nash pass first kind of guard who could still knock down good open shots. But was so used to being the only player with the ball 90% of the time at BYU. Skill isn’t always the issue it’s adapting to a role- NBA is on a whole different level from college.
Peyton Watson averaged 2ppg in college
Yeah only if they like you And you sell seats you succeed it's not competitive anymore 😂 he said it not me
Find a role, key insight!
Bronny will never be a starter on a NBA team.
He may never start in college. 😂
Yeah Eric Geeen feom Va Tech he never made it into the nba and he was tge svoring leader in college. We played agaisnt him in high school. Denver drafted but he never played for them and went overseas. That kid was nasty
Didn’t get to watch but then proceeds to breakdown his exact game….wish the people with a voice would just be honest
He talking about himself and how he made it in the league
Facts
We didn’t watch him in college either
Bronny's could be an Og Announoby type guy if all goes well
Bronny is a good defender and his shot looks better than his dad’s and will probably be a better shooter than his dad. Bronny could be like the Donte Divencenzo archetype: Play hellacious defense and knock down 3s at like a 38% plus clip.
Cmon now… it’s just Bronny. Not Bronny Jr.
Basically he’s saying no way is the bum good enough for nba but a stupid team may take a chance on him cos his name.
steiny such a lizard 🦎
Yea man. It’s kinda sad
The genetics ? he’s only 6’1 in the nba average height is like 6’5 now. He needs to be a very good playmaker and defender and three point shooter to make it in the league. That’s tough for that age and height
U sounding way too zesty to be down 2-0 right now
I love how people can never criticize lebrons son for fear of retribution. Has there been even one nba player to say bronny isn’t good enough lol? Maybe he is good enough idk but I find it funny that no one in the league will tear into him cuz of that lebron shadow
Bron has too much power and the players know it
Bronny prolly can’t even be a starter if he plays in Taiwan lol let alone the nba a guy average 4 points at the college level like r u kidding me?
Bronnys actual name is LeBron James Jr
Bro doing a podcast while he’s about to get goosed 4-0
coming from Micheal Porter Jr 💀💀
He has a role
He's a solid NBA player and a champion
The guy that plays his role perfectly? Yeah what a bad take
His literal job in the nba is to be a role player for Murray and Jokic 💀
Hes talking about how he never passes the ball, damn that joke flew over yalls heads.
If he wasn’t lebrons son we wouldn’t know who the fuck he was
Bronnys not gonna be to good unless he starts picking up his game he didn’t really do that good in college to be honest I think he averaged like 4 points or something low like that and that’s college so imagine in the nba hopefully he starts getting better as he ages that’d be lit if he ended up being a superstar in the nba like lebron by the end of his basketball career
I don’t think he would get drafted if his dad wasn’t LeBron. Not to discredit his work but I don’t think he’s NBA ready
“The genetics?” He can’t serious. Jordan’s kids didn’t make the league.
That literally has nothing to do with the context of this video. Yes genetics help especially considering his dad is LEBRON JAMES tar tar brain
Jordans kids didn't have lebrons genetics. Half of bron is still more naturally NBA ready than half of Jordan. Jordans the goat, but LeBron is 6'9 250, and Jordan was 6'6 215ish thru his career. Lebrons genetics are more likely to produce an NBA player than Jordans.
Don’t compare Jordan’s kids to Lebrons kids in sports…that’s almost as stupid as saying Jordan was better than Lebron
Ion why it shows my comment didn't post on mine but point of it was is that LeBron is 6'9 250 and Jordan is 6'6 215. Lebrons genes are more NBA ready from birth than Jordans are
Jordan married a white chick lol
Genetics? Micheal Jordan has 2 sons that were straight scrubs lol
Bronny definitely got good genetics. But NBA ain't all about athletism
Bronny NBA 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Why does everybody lie? the kid doesn’t have the talent
He’s a number one draft pick come on man!
No one wants to be real cause it lebrons son. He isn’t even top 25 in the ncaa.
He spoke about Zion , where is Zion now? All hype not even doing anything
Avg 4ppg
🧢
MPJ talked about himself right there lol not the most talented, found a role in a team, ball not always with him, find a spot for the open 3. LOL
by your comment, you clearly didn't know how talented MPJ was before his back injuries. Only reason his stock dropped was cause teams were scared and he became a lethal shooter.,
He’s not even close to being skilled enough to compete in the NBA…
Stop it
Dude averaged not even 5 points a game...bronny is overrated bcz of his dad. Plan a simple. And im not hatin, spaking facts.
Cope
First
His role you may ask?
Being Lebron's son.
wont make it
