I look forward in seeing the future development of Modo and wish the team great success. I keeping my fingers crossed that Foundry marketing will give the non-professionals (serious hobbyists/enthusiasts) a big incentive to come back on board .
it needs to be more affordable for that to happen tbh... for the monthly price they are asking I can get a subscription of Zbrush AND 3DS max...
Sir please make complete series on mari software
Hello great presentation. I liked the tool "Push and Pull" the most. As a Modo Indie user, I would like to have all the features As soon as possible. I don't have a problem with the polygon restrictions compared to the Modo 3D full version. But since the Modo Indie community also creates content, it would be useful if we as Modo-Indies could present current content as well.❤
for this version, Does MODO have GPU render?
Modo could juste focus on being the best for modeling then create a bridge to other 3d softwares that perform best at (anim,fx,texture, render) before it dies.
I was only using modeling in Modo and I wont pay 700$/year for modeling anymore... Sorry
@@strateolab_art yeah their prices are crazy... maybe they should have just the modelling part of the software at a more affordable monthly sub fee...
Bought a motor bike modelling tutorial from Richard Yot via Gumroad, maybe you can purchase all of his tutorials and make it for free as a main resource until something bigger would come.
Meanwhile please compare your view count on videos and the activity in the modo forum. Then go EG to Rhino which has also a discourse server running for its forums.
People and interaction matters - this is community.
WHY am I writing this. Because I Still think modo is the best modeler and best ui on the market after checking out the approaches on maya max and blender.
Thanks for your feedback. You’re right, we need more interaction and increasing that is one of our priorities for this year. Please stick around and, meanwhile, join us in the Modo Slack group: foundry-modo.slack.com
Hope to see you there!
@@FoundryTeam Why don't you create a community on a more popular and open platform like Discord?
@@vi8799 Discord sucks, internet really needs to return to the forum era... so much better for long form discussion.
