I have an icy blonde but with slight (I mean slight) residual ash blonde low lights left. Would it be best for me to just get platinum blonde extensions and tone them or get a #613 blend with ash in it. Thank you!

Outfits obviously depends on where you live and when. But it’s spring here. Hospitals tend to be cold though so you need to be prepared for that. Babies can’t regulate their body temp like we can.
