- This could possibly be the biggest disaster on the internet, maybe even in the whole world! This one is a compilation of a full yard transformation I did a few months ago, and I thought it would be nice to do a mega edit for Christmas. It's a bit of a special, as I initially planned not to work, but here you go - I must keep my fans happy. By the way, the dead animal is a kangaroo 🦘. This job took us around 20 hours to complete.

Q: Where are you located?
A: I am from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia 🦘.
Q: Do you worry about snakes?
A: I have never even seen a snake in over 5 years on the job.
Q: Which equipment do you use?
A: Mostly STIHL power equipment (battery and petrol) and commercial Honda self-propelled mowers.
Q: How much do the jobs cost?
A: Sorry, I prefer not to talk about costs.
Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of bins?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I would say it's because Australia had a temperate to tropical climate, and therefore it doesn't matter that much if they are outdoors. To me, though, it seems a bit inefficient to have them outside in Tasmania with a temperate climate (coldish for 3 - 4 months per year). But that is industry standard down here 🤷♂️
Q: Why don't you have help?
A: I've had many problems with employees in the past, so now I work alone.
Q: Why don't you have a ride-on mower?
A: Well, there are a few reasons.
1. I don't have the right trailer for a ride on, considering I always take away the green waste.
2. I don't have anywhere to store it, as my shed is too small.
3. A lot of the properties we do have fences and gates, so you can't actually get a ride-on on to the properties.
4. I don't do enough big jobs to justify spending 15k AUD on a stander, but it would be nice to have one!
5. I will get one as soon as my transport and storage problems are solved.
Q: What types of ladders do you use?
A: The large one is a Gorilla Adjustable Platform 150kg and the small one is a Gorilla Mighty 19. They are both adjustable.
Q: Who/what is Jim's Mowing?
A: Jim's Mowing is a franchise business. The Jim's Group is the biggest home services franchise in Australia.
Q: Why do you have 2 channels that seem to be the same?
A: Quick Cuts (my original channel) has music in the background. Quick Cuts V2 is for those that like just machine noise, and it doesn't have music. - Zábava
Tens of thousands of dollars worth of landscaping buried under tonnes of rubbish and overgrowth. What a beautiful transformation you’ve achieved, so much hard toil you’ve put in to get there. 😍😍
I watch a lot of these lawn care video and this one gets 5 stars for having the biggest improvement..

OMG, brings back memories of us digging out the Agapanthus in our front garden. They look lovely in flower but spread so quickly and are really tough to get out! Congrats boys on a great job.

First of all, I think I was totally hypnotized by this entire video. It was spectacular!! Such professionalism. A beautiful piece of property with breath-taking views. You brought out all the beauty of the rockwork that was hidden for years apparently. Even the dog is happy with new places to explore. I think this is the best landscaping video I've ever seen, loved it !!!!!

WOW what a transformation. People do love to plant too many plants and then they overtake the garden. You have made it feel so spacious now and the garden can actually breath ! 😁👍
Ein Garten erfordert immer Arbeit,egal wieviel Pflanzen man hat.Und egal wie groß oder klein der Garten ist.Die Frage ist ja,ob man die Zeit dafür aufbringen kann und das war in diesem Fall wohl nicht so.
Not too many plants, but upkeep is the key to any successful garden. That yard and property was neglected. That's why it became so frowsy.
My daughter is a landscaper and she tells me one of the big problems is people want to overplant. They want it to look full right away.

That was one huge yard. Bet the kids that grew up there loved it. The brown dog will have fun there now. I don't like lots of shrubs round my house , for same reason as this yard. They get out of control very fast. Awesome job.

A big house alone is a lot of work, plus kids, a dog, maybe a job and all the daily things - it's a lot! I saw many people completely overwhelmed with everything in life around covid and the process of recovery is very slow. Then on top and a huge garden and sadly the garden is the first thing to be neglected.
This garden is now showing its former glance, out of its sleeping beauty slumber thanks to your amazing work. 👍🏼

I had a house cleaning business as well. I was so good at it and loved the work! Like you said, nobody took the pride part as seriously as me. I ended up doing it myself most of the time, too bad we couldn't have met and teamed up, we prob would have been a hell of a team! Sounds like we have the same passion. Your videos are wonderful…the music is perfect and relaxing, and watching the yards go from horribly messy and overgrown, to beautifully neat is so rewarding. Really enjoy these, thank you for all your and your helpers’ hard work….but…how on earth would a Roo die there and the homeowners not be aware of it??? That’s disgusting. Good grief, how many days did you spend on this clean-up? I don’t understand why people want a huge plot of land, but don’t put forth any effort to keep it clean and neat. What a shame.

I love that you were able to put this house into one spectacular video for Christmas and I'm hoping it was relatively quick to edit so you had a little time off!
I remembered Jake right away and how much he appreciated you. And you, him. The dogs always make a beeline for you - they know a good, kind-hearted person when they see one. This one was bittersweet as Brent was my favorite of your helpers. Whatever happened in the end, he was a good worker and pretty good at following your lead and work rhythm and flow. Ah, well.
