    Not sure WLTP is 655 km with 20 inch wheels - that's the 19 inch wheel figure. Consumption on the smaller wheels would probably be 125 Wh/km ish I suspect. Polestar 2 for the win!

    • @SwiftHDX
      @SwiftHDX Před 10 měsíci +1

      1 inch will make a difference, but I'm doubtful it will be that impactful. Still won't reach 655km.

      @@tobias_dahlberg Well first of all with Tesla it's an estimated difference, and along with the size difference the 18s have aero caps on them which will make up a significant percentage of that difference.

    Excellent review. Definitely much more better car than Tesla model 3 LR 82kw. Big thanx that this video decided that of course I will order this car instead of Tesla. 🙌🏻❤️

    With standard 19” wheels you should get better range performance. Their WLTP is 610-655km. I’m guessing 610 would be right for this version with 20” wheels.

      Maybe the automakers will catch on and use smaller wheels. Huge wheels shouldnt be a selling point

      Why? Both rims are 8"/9" front/back with 245 tyres. It would be better if it had 8" front and back with 235 or even 225 tyres.

    In my Kia EV6 its the same with wireless charging. Hot Smartphone, low charging. I stopped it. The sunday driving tests are the best. For 90% of day to day driving it shows the real consumption. With my EV6 AWD its the same. By now 13,7kWh. Winter time is another topic.

      That is nice to hear about the EV6. Biggest fear if we ever upgrade to another HMG EV is the consumption rise from our 2020 Ioniq. Lifetime is 11.8kWh / 100km. Spring and autumn regularly go below 10.

    Speeds over limit really kill any BEV, as they have no overdrive like on ICE, that, and the air resistance goes up a lot.

      Currently it’s a good balance between Polestar2 price and what is offering. Will you be happy to pay a higher price for a new drawing board on a vehicle that was revealed in 2019? Because this is how usually things go. But maybe you are not getting how automotive works and prefer to complain, easy enough

      Plenty efficient so no real problem there. It would probably be very small number of customer to whom improvement would make any difference. And even for them benefit would be small.

    The only problem with these tests, is they are on motorways with no traffic.
    I have never had such a drive in my entire life, even going cross country. For a sunday drive to the mountains you take the not-highgway roads and those a full of traffic and clearly the average speed isn't going to be over 70kph
    You have villages and locals and traffic. That is a sunday drive to the countryside mountains
