- Challenger OP has finally released their new pad driver for the Oreck Orbiter. The pad driver is made like the pad driver on the larger Challenger OP low moisture carpet cleaning machine and has a full velcro bottom which attaches with adhesive and staples. So far, the pad driver is working well and I am happy with it. I also purchased some cotton pads along with the pad driver and although I've only used them once, they seem to be working good.

Target or Walmart CVS has little brushes with Velcro takes of the little fabric balls!
Maybe a fabric shaver like you’d use for pilling on sweaters

Hey Mack I appreciate for all your videos and information but I have a question about 2” vacuum hose I have been using 11/2” but I haven’t been able to get good quality I built an ETM like yours and it has been working good and want to switch to 2” hose what brand and where you buy your vacuum hoses?
Quick question, have you tried your blue microfiber pads on the new Challenger driver? Do they stay on there and mostly centered?
Try running a rubber brush over the pads. Might be able to move some fuzz balls that ways.
Use a dog brush to remove the fabric balls
