    Great job. You need to lift the handle on the rotary higher. You'll end up with a bad back. Wants to be about waist high, not thigh area. Back needs to be up right. But if that works for you. Great job once again.

    6000 ways to make beer money with a 175. The best tool in the shed if you ask me.

    If there are stairs does that help you decide on using water extraction instead of big rotary 175? Seems to me that using the big 175 would be good for commercial same level floor or elevator use. For residential I could also use smaller oreck for vlm. Mix and match my tools to get easiest way to move gear and do the job.

    • @whoooozen
      @whoooozen Před 3 lety +1

      That isn't orbital motion. The driver would actually have to do small orbits at 10 times the speed.

    If i put a smaller pad on a faster buffer and made it off center like you did would it be safe for the carpet

  • @kalyawam
    @kalyawam Před rokem

    Your buffer is wobbly because it's not contacting the floor squarely, either raise or lower your hand levers

    Im an avid follower and i tune in daily to view your outstanding content!! Keep it up! I have a question, I use an oreck orbiter. Do you prefer the 175 over the oreck due to the wobble of the oreck? @Green Rhino

    • @greenrhinoproject
      @greenrhinoproject  Před 4 lety +1

      I like both tools and use oreck very often mostly for stairs small areas and pre-scrubbing but i like the size and the weight of a 175. the weight seems to pick up more in my opinion but there are some who would probably disagree.
      Also its bigger so you can clean faster. The one i have was only $700 brand new. I a person that wanted to go VLM had both tools they would be able to clean almost every area in a home.

      I find that the Bonnet cleaning works better on that low pile commercial glue down because with steam cleaning often times you get a wic back and as the carpet dries it a suck up anything that's in the concrete floor and often your stains will come

    I have a question hopefully you can answer. Can I do this method but using the oreck orbiter to agitate and then use a bonnet on the oreck orbiter to pick up the soil? And if so can I also do it with tile ?

    • @GarbageBarge
      @GarbageBarge Před rokem

      Yes and Yes - It will do just as good as the 175 but it will take longer.

  • @fifeange5919
    @fifeange5919 Před 3 lety

    After you prespray and agitate is it best to go over with the bonnet? Or do dwell time then bonnet?

  • @rugratscleaningsolutions1179

    With low moisture cleaning is it still required to agitate prior to extracting with a pad? Even when using pads such as iron man

    • @greenrhinoproject
      @greenrhinoproject  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes for best results unless carpet is considered light cleaning. Always good to agitate dark areas before extraction.

    @Lilmiket1000 Před 7 měsíci

    Lmao good try. eYah putting the pad on off set doesn't make it an orbiter. Probably helps agitation but real orbiters make 1700 revolutions per min and usually has a pounding action to it as well.
