Hey a little suggestion to make the strategy even more effective: in addition to your army you could also recall a warp prism with your mothership. You can even recall it in the stationary warp in mode and when recalled it will remain stationary for instant warp ins
That force field block to stop the Bio army was chef's kiss. Imagine trying to go for a base trade and being denied even that. Not only did the Zealots rampage in the Terran base, but they also got recalled back home. So as Marc would normally say: Free trade.
No, he would need to lose a few things in order to say free trade. ;)

Tbh that terran was probably one of the stupidest gms on the ladder
Expands to a third before a protoss does AND tries to all in into them simultaneously. And spams tech labs against stargate

Sentries really are mandatory with this strat. Especially in the mid game where its safe to say they wont have mass air or 30 bases, getting force fielded out of your main and having it completely gutted is just kindof an insta-gg. Its one of those strats to which the only counter is 'if you werent such a noob you would have scouted this'.
@@Name-ru1ktlol yeah the fact that after a failed proxy and then a failed all in and then taking a greedy third with two ccs building in the main that got canceled and then he was still in the game at all had was actually very impressive.
Mothership core did exist along with the Mothership. That was in the Heart of the Swarm era. You built the core early, and later with necessery tech could upgrade it into the mothership)

uThermal, sorry to somewhat correct you but the scientific term for the mothership vortex + archon strat was called "Archon Toilet".
the way it works, basically its a black hole, it doesnt damage your units if i recall, but it was basically a stasis that sucked your units up. if you intentionally put your archons in the black hole, when the spell ends every unit is stacked on one pixel.. so the archons can each get off and hit their entire army, it was stupid and awesome
Ahhhh it's been a while since I've thought about the Archon Toilet. StarCraft has come a long way since those lawless days. Thanks for reminding me of my youth!

I think spellcasters to GM would be a good series. Anything that doesn't *primarily* rely on its basic attack to influence the battle would count. That way motherships, ghosts, and warp prisms could be used as well.

One cheese you did that was so fun to watch was tempest rush with a proxy battery, just outside their base, so the tempests could almost sit on the battery and shoot over the water and destroy the base. I'd love to see more of that!

yeah i rremember that protoss ability where you could just throw a bunch of archons into the black hole and they'd pop out and do big aoe damage to stacked opponents. It was called the archon toilet or something like that

The Mothership cloaking from Swarm Hosts thats what I do in 4v4 back when permanent Cloaking Field still is a thing.
Mothership as expected looks strong for early to mid. Makes me wonder if this is gonna get nerfed. Something not impossible.
Might as well bring back Mothership Core nerf it a bit and allow upgrade to 5.0.11 Patch Mothership with cooldowns and maneuverability of 5.0.12 Patch Mothership.
5.0.12 Patch Mothership is looking clearly weaker in mid-game to late game and ultra late game (basing on playing and watching games that reached that point and Mothership's current stats and abilities). Also its way weaker in Team Games too.

You should also Collab with Mana with some custom cheesy games or in some 1v1s with GM but with the concept of two of you controlling 1 race and 2 other pros controlling other, it would be amazing!!

Yes both existed, you needed the Core first before you could get the full mothership
why not take probe with the mothership call than you make pylon and warp zealots in his base while forcefielding the ramp even at basetrade its nice have a pylon

Didn't you have to build the Mothership Core, and then from that build the Mothership?
Zealot is a curse to protoss, cause protoss players just lose so many zealots for free to opponents and often accomplishing little to nothing.

I would love to see you add on a time limit to some of your cheeses, like Mothership rush, win by minute 10 or you have to GG out, that way you basically can't fall back onto macro and you can't make this game look as easy.
