World class talent and defending, it’s kind of what the premier league is today, except that all defenses are extremely tough with big names (Cannavaro, Maldini, Thuram, Desailly, could go on)
The premier is dynamic and entertaining but the defending is not even close to what the defending on Serie A was in the 90s. Today flopping is out of control and you can’t even look at the players. Also a side note, the Spanish teams on aggregate have won most of the champions league titles
I think football the since 2007 has been on a massive decline!! We don’t even have 1 world class player playing now! Bellingham is amazing but he’s not world world class neither is that French Turtle… And they are the 2 best players playing currently!

R9 Is my all time favorite player, at his best, im one of those who believe he played on the same level, if not even better than the best players in history. Its even more crazy to think that was not even his max potential. Sadly, his career did not go well because of all his injuries.

Yes, this is my "Ronaldo"...there are Cristiano Ronaldo or Ronaldinho, both amazing and 2 of the greats, but only "Ronaldo", is this one...and is the most exciting player I saw live on tv, the Barcelona period was such a joy...I was glued to the tv untill the end or untill Ronaldo was replaced. Many times he played till the end, and did some of these things at 85 minute with his team winning...he was truly outstanding
