- We recently acquired an 80 acre farm in Clark County, MO, which is in the far northeast corner just south of Keokuk. Our friend Ben Rising from @WhitetailEdgeTV was going to purchase this piece as a personal farm, but a lease of his came up for sale he wanted to purchase.
He approached us about stepping-in and we bought it. Ben, Mark Luster and me (Bobby) have all been on the farm so we put our minds together to design it.
What do you think of this new format for the planning phase?

This content is gold. I really enjoy picking peoples brains on different strategies on how to set up the perfect hunting property because every property is different. .
Great! It’s a lot easier to follow when you can look at a map.
Pretty sure we looked at this property in November last year when we were hunting Missouri. Possible flooding deterred us away from it. But definitely had some good bones!
I love the ideas you guys generate. I have a tiny piece of hunting property where I live in Kansas and have recently taken down a section of woven wire to create a funnel. No doubt, it works to funnel deer movement!
That works too. We have a video series coming for a new Kansas project soon!
Very nice !!
I like it!
I will call tomorrow
Sounds good Brian
Wow headed to Illinois Iowa next week and am looking to buy.
How's the quality in mo compared to say Lee vb and Davis just north of there?
I used to own in Davis and may come back as a resident landowner.
Iowa is stronger because of the laws and ultimately pressure … this area of Missouri is very good and there’s a lot to be said about building your profile of hunting spots in ne mo sw Iowa and across river in illinois
@@TheWhitetailGroup thanks for the advice as like I said I'm headed out there next week.
Currently I own in southern Ohio but also want to expand back to that area.
I cross that bridge in Keokuk from mccomb headed toward like Lee county as my options are open.
Get a hold of me and I’ll tell you what all I have coming up for sale !
Is there not a list price for the farm?
4950 per acre 396,000
I'm looking to select cut my farm in Southern illinois any advise on who to call?
Not sure what part of southern Illinois, but I have a farm in the southeast area around Saline county and use Mike Brenner
