Hi Ron. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When you do this, you'll receive a pro-rated discount on what you've already paid that billing cycle. Why did you stop improving the desktop version? And why do you keep increasing the price on the desktop version when you haven't made a change in years. Oh my bad. You've managed to make the desktop version worse by reintroducing bugs that you had solved before. I wish we had never started doing business with this company.
