- A Fistful of Dollars (1964) - was a classic western by Italian director Sergio Leone that marked the emergence of the spaghetti western sub-genre, the first film of the "dollar trilogy".

The false narrative of the Wild Wild West - was entertaining at least
fun little fact when someones eyes are squinting yet wide it means theyve already decided how and where they will shoot provided confrontation turns hostile...i learned a lot from that man i never got to meet yet.

Sergio Leone said Clint Eastwood had only two emotions ... "With and without a hat"
Loved Sergio and Ennio. The dollar trilogy was legend
Did he really say that?

Not in this trilogy. In this trilogy, Sergio Leone is the goat. Clint is merely a prop😉
It's hard to believe that this movie turns 60 years old this year. I'm glad Clint's still with us to enjoy this monumental occasion.

Sergio Leone, Clint Eastwood and Ennio Morricone, a genius trio.

Clint Eastwood is incomparable especially with a bad actor like Keanu
@@tylerdordon99 he has like two lines in each movie, what are you talking about?

@@cadenallen6776 its not the lines its the body language
If Mr Eastwood, didn't exist _then Hollywood would be boring without him.
Clint came right out of the gate as a legend. Westerns would have arguably died off long ago had he not. Credits to the director for seeing the "Grit"-factor that he has inherently. Haven't seen anyone come within a country mile of him at playing a "bad guy doing good" or if you'd rather the "Anti-Hero" archetype. He truly seemed bad in his general actions, while still keeping a semblance of having good morals at the core. So happy I own the trilogy, many people have forgotten this gem nowadays, but it'll never truly be forgotten.
Id say Keanu has nailed it with John Wick but thats my opinion
❤👍👍👍👍
You got Anti-hero right. In High Plains Drifter, his character unironically sexually assault a woman for insulting him.
For a few dollars more is probably my favorite Western of all time, I love the trilogy as a whole
@@TheBoxingCannabyte I'm inclined to agree, but the aside from the settings being polar opposites, Clint never really established much backstory in his films. Literally giving the audience almost none in the dollars trilogy. The outfit being the only clue that he's even the same character at all.
Good thing his mule

Clint Eastwood is my most favorite actor. Best the business will ever have. Also a badass director and producer 🍻🍻
He doesn’t like them laughing…but he REALLY doesn’t like them spitting on the street. 😠
It was okay, since people nowadays doesn't realise that lots of people then used chewing tobacco, which made you constantly spit. It was even portrayed in old cartoons, where old geezers spited in special spit cauldrons.
it was the timing of that spit that he didnt like. and he showed it by the timing of each shot after it
Sergio +Ennio + Clint= best trio of all times
You could add Lee Van Cleef in that.
What about Eli
It really is. Especially that music from Ennio
