the "new" steakbakes already have egg wash on em i do em for 24 minutes on 180
In an Oven packaging says 220C for 26mins. A considerable saving of time. Even with a Mini Oven that is a significant saving of energy cost.
I believe that a staged cooking program such as you are doing would be a considerable improvement to the AirFryers Program.
Very true best feature is it’s time saving. Roast chicken is half the cook time.
