Spending as little as 15 minutes a day on the Skier's Edge will help you develop muscle memory that transfers directly from the machine to the ice. With fully adjustable resistance and stances, the lateral motion of the Skier's Edge allows you to target all of the muscles used in a skating stride. By strengthening and stabilizing small muscle groups and connective tissue, you'll drastically improve your hockey technique! Players who train on the Skier's Edge see improvements in hip flexibility, balance, weight transfer, and more. You'll develop greater agility to enhance quick transitioning, pivoting, and hand-eye coordination in the rink.
    BUILD AGILITY, POWER, STAMINA, AND SPEED:
    With its unique lateral movement pattern, the Skier's Edge works the larger muscles of the legs and develops the small complex muscles of the ankle. These are used in skating to increase the speed, explosive power, and endurance needed to beat opponents to the puck! By strengthening all the major muscle groups, especially the lower body and core, the Skier's Edge will give you that extra "edge" that you need out on the ice.
