    I drank bone broth one night and noticed i had a smooth bowel movement so I thought back on what I had, and figured it was the gelatin. It really does make a difference on bowel movements if you have chronic constipation. All these years and never knew just came across it by accident.

    • @patron7906
      @patron7906 Před 2 lety +5

      I consumed bone broth and my bowel movement was very smooth. I sat down on the toilet and a large burst of air blew forth in a Schwoooo, then plop plop as feces began to fire from my anal region. I then applied a slight amount of exertion and a massive giant long feces log slid right out of my anal region. I took it out and did my usual investigation and found the texture to be more consistent than usual, the smell a deeper rootier more robust odor and the taste of it to be slightly more sour but less pungent than a normal movement. Overall I was very pleased with this experience and I recommend everyone incorporate bone broth into their normal dietary routine.

    • @daltanionwaves
      @daltanionwaves Před 2 lety +1

      It should have a much broader amino acid profile and even if some amino acids are prevalent in smaller amounts in chicken broth, they'll be more bioavailable than a cap or tablet. Plus all the great minerals and other nutrients that go along with chicken broth. Collagen supplements get broken down into amino acids in the body, which for the most part won't be used in the body's production of collagen. Unless you have a protein deficient diet, they'll just be burned as calories.

    As a correction, GMO crops in and of itself do not contain the active ingredient in glyphosate. Instead their DNA is engineered to be more tolerant to glyphosate. So farmers can spray more Roundup, killing pests and other natural weeds while maximizing their GMO soy/corn production.
    Regardless the reason, agreed we should avoid GMO when possible for health reasons!

      It Coud be a histamine response. I recomend to make some soup our of it, and not drink any liquid 1 hour before and 2 hour after the meal for optimal digestion. I have experienced the same symptoms everytime i drink too much liquid troughout the day and with meals. It is important to have enough stomach acid to digest such huge ammounts of amino acids.I do not get any side effects by doing this, i use 4 tbsp in my bowl of soup.

    • @daltanionwaves
      @daltanionwaves Před 2 lety +1

      I agree that it sounds like a histamine or other allergic reaction. Stop taking that brand and see if other brands also give you issues... And unless you're protein deficient, adding more protein is just adding more calories, so of course it will make you gain weight. Collagen supplementation doesn't mean you're putting more collagen into your body either, since it gets broken down into protein in the digestive system. And again, unless you're deficient in protein or amino acids, your body will either burn collagen as energy, or store it as energy, same as gelatin.

    Board certified clinician here… I’m sorry but the heavy metals are so high in a vast majority of these supplements. This brand has arsenic. Levels in different brands have been tested and are publicly available online. Heavy metals cause joint pain and people then take more hoping it will help; therefore, perpetuating the cycle. Heavy metals are in these because of the production process and it’s derived from where the animal deposits its own consumed heavy metals. I wish people did more research before blindly recommending trendy products.

    I hear very well and I can't understand what your words are sometimes in the video like the thing that you are saying I encourage you to watch......blah blah blah. Man, I just wasted some of my life minutes putting these comments on that you should be aware of anyway.
    Giving the video a thumbs down because of these.
