- Around the world stringing on an Eye V.Lite 130 squash racket. Using the UKRSA method
Always best practice and better for rackets to be strung with cross strings going from head to throat. This pattern is a great, though slightly more complex way to string a racket.

Just got into doing a bit of home stringing during lockdown and tried that technique today really liked it thanks Jon keep up the videos a great help
Great video! Congrats on the new machine.
Very interesting - great video 👍
Thanks for this, I always felt weird doing my Carboflexes from throat up... I will do all squash rackets this way from now on for me and my clients!
Great Video!! Is there any difference between stringing a Tennis Racquet vs a Squash Racquet. Every time I give my Squash Racquet to be restrung, it is never at the right tension, most of the time a lot higher. and get a lot of various tensions in different sections. Why do you think this could be?
I need to try this, how you count the lenght of string for the short side on the Atw method?
Thanks for the helpful videos! I’m having problems with teardrop eye/tecnifibre teardrops I’ve restrung breaking at the mains at the top. This is even in rackets without damaged bumper strips/grommets, and where I’ve put protection tape over the top. It has happened with the dynamix vp 1.25, and dnamx 1.25 strings, and as a default I string them at 27lbs. Also I have a lot of players who are say below 1k on squash levels standard asking for these types of strings, do you think I would be better off recommending them a syngut durable string? Thanks for any advice?
You normally have your racket at 25? Does that mean you like to hit the ball hard?
How many short parts do you need?
