The past few years I have had really bad pms most months..horrible cramps, extreme fatigue, dizziness, sweating, hallucinating. A few months ago I cleaned up my diet drastically and my last few periods haven’t been that bad at all. This time I barely had any cramps. I’ve been seed cycling and start drinking raspberry tea during the luteal phase. But in general just eating real food and avoiding ultra processed foods and being more active has changed things dramatically for me.
I have noticed more period pain when I've eaten dairy compared to when I don't
My cramps are debilitating 😩 I have to stay at home for the first 4 days of my period.
My anxiety is worse around my period and ovulation. I know my hormones are not working correctly. I'm on day 83 of carnivore. I lost 4.5 inches of belly fat in 3 months. It's definitely helped

I take chasteberry (400mg) and pregnenolone (50 mg) daily in morning

Thank you for caring so much to share this information with us. Everything he said I have put to practice and results are just unbelievable. Wish I knew all this in my teenage and in my 20s. ❤
What tests do you use to test for all that stuff?
Mold exposure especially the kinds that produce zearalenone an estrogen mimicker can cause many symptoms also.
All these recommendations at once feel a bit overwhelming. Do you have suggestions for which changes to make first for the best results?

Just go carnivore. Buy grain fed if cost is a consideration. Dr. Berry says there is only a 3 to 5% quality difference.
I have pmdd. You will see in the community that the carnivore diet helps the most and veggies cause more harm. Fasting is not possible. Seeds are inflammatory and too much fiber worsen symptoms. There are other forms of magnesium that help more than the one you recommended. Estrogen is not the cause of symptoms.
You really hit the mark with this podcast and are about 10 years behind here. Maybe there really is a difference between bad pms and pmdd - if you have pmdd, there are support groups out there that are helpful.
