  • Working model of the 1981 Bat roller coaster at Kings Island, based on the original design with corkscrews instead of helixes.
The ride has custom 3d printed trains by ‪@3dcoaster‬, K'nex crossties dyed red, two Ryobi drills to power the lifthills, a LEGO EV3 system to control the brakes and station, and a few other elements of theming from arts and crafts stores.

Absolutely incredible! If ANY coaster companies decide to bring the swinging suspended coaster back in action, I hope they check out your model and decide to act on it!

The Bat's original design had 2 corkscrews, but this was taken out of the design before construction started and replaced with helixes
