Flood and draughts had been a pretty regular problems for the various dynasties and that would have been at the back of the modern leaders' mind. This video really shows how China understands modern innovations from all over the world and just magnified it several folds. Like when Chinese people think they don't think in millions but in hundreds in millions to billion customers or human population. So, when the Chinese government mandates that they need to feed their population then the numbers are in the billions. Seriously, there are so many bright and intelligent Chinese and they understand that natural fishing and natural farming will not be enough. So, innovation to the 10th degree needs to happen and now I understand why the Chinese government is so bullish with innovation, new Intellectual Properties, and new patents. China cannot wait for the world to provide them solutions they have to find it or discover it themselves. So, China needs to push for innovation.

About the fish cages I have a question what do they feed on then ? in the cage ?Were is the fish food produced and what does it consist of as well as the pesticide component how is that made and out of what ? also about mashines/drones energy need how is energy produced to their support then and transfered to viecles/boats and more is it solar/wind/wawe/earth energy or other ?
I also would like to build and mecanise and satelite steer and coordinate a drone over fields - is there any other way to talk/communicate with the insects ie:pests in future, to talk to them or insert bitternes directly to plants so they avoid them then ,mabye. How to shield the weather is also a question as well as the dna work and maturing crop samples at the genetic bank therabout. Beutiful and very positive film -Thank you.

So their communism alone wouldn't have let them be where they are. In essence they are westernized and that's what's helped them be what they are.
