Plastic body had a small chip when czcams.com/users/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS I opened from box- would have sent back but it works well- using for warming up before exercising from full knee replacement- also use several times during day to keep movement easy. Sturdy, easy to use, easy to assemble (instructions didn’t match but easy to put together). Getting the same movement as the warm up bike at PT. Would suggest to order before surgery so you have it home ready to use when you can!!! Doesn’t take up a lot of space-not heavy so easy to move- not using for arms but I think it would work just as well
THIS is why Lee is one of my favorites; great guy, great sense of humor, simple advice.
the best Lee Priest channel on youtube!
incline with 4 plates is beast mode baby!
Lee always has great form. How refreshing.
Brilliant vid and Lee is in fantastic shape.
the confidence of doing heavy ass drop sets on this machine will be the reason why i will get one...
Love you man!! Looking great!!
Warm up slowly and controlled reps. Yes sir! I hear you and practice this too after 32 years in the gym. Posting a video response to follow. Please evaluate. I value feedback. Thanks!
@yeagemk 150% correct! To me weight training is not the destination its the journey. Weight training is a good lesson for life - you have to work hard to get results.
@sooot175
There are more vids coming and Lee is in great shape. He is preparing for the Sacramento pro show in November. Unfortunately he did not qualify for the Mr O
Inclines on this machine are awesome!
When I lived in Sydney I was always flat out with my business. Sunday training was good in that I had a training partner and I had the time to hammer lagging parts.
what a great guy!
@saverio1e Lee is going to compete at the NABBA pro later this year
very strong dude! great !!!
@NLT31 Upper body of Reeves with Shoulders like Grimek - wow that is a tough one!
Lee is on the VPX sports forums each day now, so join up and you can ask him all the training questions you like. But I reckon his advice will be simple - train hard, consistently and eat well. Thats what is great - he keeps it simple!

@mainmark25 Hey I will have to get my ass in to gear and do some more videos. Lee is still looking awesome
@SamsFitnessComAu, amen!
@ewnjr Hey if I asked Lee would checky by. I don't think he is on youtube though. But serious if you want to ask any questions VPX forums has just set up a Home Weight Training section on their forum. And I have got Lee helping out.
lees

AWESOME!
I just cant get over how massive this dudes forearms are >.< haha! Good stuff though keep it coming !
insane veins
Mark Richardson he did watch one of his videos about “lee comes clean about his synthol use”
hell yea lee is bad ass,,, best arms in the business
Great shape!
Lee, I want to develop the upper body shape of Steve Reeves, I currently do the incline press on the same unit you have and I also do an overhead press with a barbell. Do I need to do any other chest exercises? I don't want heavy pecs just the square look Reeves had plus shoulders like Grimek!
Cheers mate.
@shauny0875
Hey Shaun, No percentages, just lift until your pecs are burning. If they aren't burning you are lifting too much weight!
Cheers, Sam.
Man lee is looking great!! come on lee tear up the 202 class buddy!!!!!
The machine has a straight bar attachment. And you never know, Lee may feel more comfortable in that position and it may work for him correctly. Everybody's anatomy is different.
Haha great vid, Lee funny as always, and looking huugee... that last view when he was benching... his lats looked massive... biceps as well... chest obviously good, but didnt have a great view.. is he making a comeback to mr.O this year?
@NLT31, you've probably already received a better answer than this, but here goes: in addition to hard training and a good diet, only genetics can determine whether or not you'd have the muscle shape of Steeve Reeves. If I were you i'd train as hard as possible. I wouldn't rule out the flat bench, dumbell presses and flies, either. I CAN guarantee that if you stick to those guidelines consistently, you'll be happy with the results. Good luck.
@IH8WRONGPPL
Lee makes it look easy. He throws on 45lb plates like I throw on 10lb!
@SamsFitnessComAu Hey Sam, i noticed the machine forces Lee to take a wide grip. Possibly a little wider than if he was using a straight bar. Does this mean hes not hitting the same amount of fibers, and would it be affecting his workout.
You can attach a straight bar. Without it you can go a bit deeper on the negative
I have that machine. Trust me when I tell you that the weight he has on there is twice as heavy using free weights. You have to deduct 30% of what you have on the powertec bar to make your workout accurate and feel the real real weight. That's why I bench with free weights and go on this for an extra pump.
that makes zero sense, the machine is not helping him. 2x is absurd
I tried working out the weight using calculations for a second class lever, which this is. It did work but seemed to become less accurate the more weight added. Not sure why... im not a physicist! Ao i weighed the bar at multiple loads and found that for every 2.5kg added you actually lift about 2 extra kilos. EG at 50kg i actually lift 48. 60=56, 70=64, 80=72, 100=88 etc.
@ghillieman24 So you prefer men with large balls?
Those muscles aren't just for show.
Amor a los fierros bendiciones
@MegaUnavailableusern nah man he was going to a sertain limit like he said. the spotter was just there to help him get them up if he started to struggle.
With this machine, do you need a spotter for safety or just to get some extra reps out? If you get stuck, couldn't you just release the weight?
Leverage machine don’t require a spotter it’s safe. You can keep going till failure without worrying about dying from a barbell crushing you. That’s why leverage machines are perfectly designed for safety.
how many kilograms is he using? how many can this press handle? i have read in specifications is about 250 kg, but what if someone use more, would it fell apart?
190 kg
Hello my friend. I have a question about this "multipress". I am an experienced powerlifter, but I am a little short(1m 65 cm). Do you believe that the width of the press is too wide for my hands, so that I cannot work properly?
Thanks.
Vadc D you’re 4ft?
once you order it, do you have to install the machine by your own at home? has to be tough
Hey its not too bad. We broke down the steps and photographed it - samsfitness.com.au/powertec-workbench-multi-system - under the price click on "Download Assembly/User Manual"
Romeo Popaz 1000,000.00
R.I.P.
strong as fuck Johnny is robbed
onest those arms are fucking something lee.
Can you do shoulder press on it?
you dont need a spotter for that bench assist.. itz made not to need a spotter i thought??
@ghillieman24 mmm.....and you are calling me retarded?
@NLT31 Wtf lol you thought lee priest was admirer this account????
is this machine ok?
Damn dude how long u been lifting?
Y con esa máquina para que más
Why he lockout
How yhe fuck was he never Mr. Olympia. only other guy who could pose like the Myth.
Tattoo reminds me of Mike Tyson :P
I thought your not supposed to lock out on the top .
and people say lee isn't strong
Rrrrooooiiiidsss
The face tattoo kind of looks dumb.
Can anyone tell me the maximum weight that Lee is doing here? How heavy are those black weights?
IndicaDreaming My guess would be that they are 15kgs, maybe 10. It would make no sense for him to use three 20kg plates and then put on a 25 at the end. so it either 75kgs per side or 70ks per side.
+IndicaDreaming 90 per arm most likely, the black plates are another 20kgs, he might have just run out of blue ones, the smaller ones are 10kg.
IndicaDreaming 35lbs
I laugh when skinny little guys tell me bodybuilders aren't strong. It must be something they read somewhere on a forum for skinny, angry little pantyboys.
If you are looking to build muscle, you should do a Google search "Ripped X Beast". That might help you get the body you deserve.
This machine sucks. The range of motion is really fucked on it.
