I am thinking of buying one of these. Just wondering if it will accept cheap locally available printing rolls. I don't wanna get hooked on to brother for the rolls and labels.

i have that same green roll but mine get stuck every time i send something to print, it seems to be a little bit thick to the printer. any advice besides buying a different roll? is there anyway to loose the springs to reduce tension? thanks.
