JCB 3CX Dipper Pin Repair DIY

After a surprise failure of the dipper pin, I managed a field repair on the bent boss by plasma cutting away the fracture and then welding back solid metal. Unfortunately the footage of the welding and close up photos was lost, so here is the rest of the video for your enjoyment :-) DIY
