  • The first of our videos filmed on location at the Volcan Azul Estate, this weeks video comes directly from the beautiful Alajuela Province of Costa Rica.
We've been working with coffee from Alejo for the previous two seasons, and this was our first opportunity to visit the farm to gain a true and concise understanding of how Alejo approaches growing and processing his coffee.
In this weeks video we introduce the wet mill, as well as explaining a little more information about the varietals and processes grown and undertaken at the estate. We'll be following up with more content filmed on the farm, so make sure to keep an eye out for future updates.
We're always interested in hearing what topics you're most curious to hear us discuss, and social media is a great way of reaching out to us if you would like to make a request.
We welcome your thoughts and feelings on the topics raised in this weeks video, as well as other ideas you would like to see us discuss in the future. We really appreciate your feedback and support.

We prefer the clean and consistent cup profile of a washed coffee.
