I think you have to feel sorry for Mike Donovan in this scene, when Julie turns him down to be part of his life, all he wanted happiness and somebody to settle down with.

They should have showed more inner conflict with Julie after the conversion than her not remembering which hand she uses.

I feel the same way I think the final battle was kinda rushed so the director kinda skipped over the psychological aspects of being converted. We never saw the trauma of Sean being converted. Diana was a truly evil woman to torture an 11-year-old.

Julie looks pretty psychologically conflicted here.

I'm glad I'm not the only one to have this opinion, couldn't agree more. I do like that it wasn't _totally_ forgotten, with a few moments dotted here and there, but I've always wanted for it to be explored much more than what we got as it was pretty integral (and harrowing) and it would have been an interesting aspect to delve into - not only not being trusted by Ham but mistrusting and questioning of herself.
I believe Faye could have pulled it off that portrayal well - keeping up a façade of "I'm fine" while actually really struggling.
Oh well, wishing thinking for what could have been....

Hi D J and thanks for watching. Its just finding time. My 10 year-old laptop is so slow at video editing.
