You have to dab that sponge after the first layer os dried completely?

No it set just a little bit while I was chatting, but you want the color to still blend so it works best if it isn't completely dry.

I forgot to mention when I saw that plate before, our family had that same exact set when I was a kid lol. Showing my age. I use this technique on nails, makes me wonder what else I could use 🤔

These plates are near and dear to my heart. It's a little piece of my grandma that hangs out with me while I craft

We have just one of these plates! I have no idea where it came from, but I remember the set from when I was a kid too! Wasnt it called Cornell or something like that? My mom also had a set of Pfaltzgraff dishes when I was growing up. To this day they still remind me of my childhood. So funny how certain things can take you back isnt it?

LitAfuseiCantStop sure it, and you’re right, they were Cornel brand 😊

@@iLitAfuseiCantStop my parents had/have these same dishes. Idk where they are now tho, since they retired out to B.C. (in Canada). But they were a thing all through us growing up. Some of my friends families had these too. I think it was a common pattern in the 70s/80s?
