We are the same way, love to preserve the animals we shoot and do them up right the way they deserve to be showed off! And so what if others say there are bigger out there and this and that.. A big part of the trophy is the story and constant reminder of the hunt and memories that last forever!! Its nice that you pointed out that these are your trophies and that they have meant something special to you otherwise you wouldn't have taken them. I gotta know...if you had one buck that is the most memorable to you; which would it be and why?
Zac I didn't see the ibex goat you took. A friend of mine showed me that video of you harvesting the ibex and that's what got me hooked on your channel. Thanks for the tour!
I like what you said at the end about you only kill an animal if it is special to you. I also mount every kill in some way. Each and every critter holds a special place and was brought into my life as result of a lifetime of hard work and training. Well done! I appreciate that fact you don't spend a lot of time on score. Hey was that buck that you got in Colorado in November, in area 2? I am saving points for that area for third rifle. Up to 13 thus far and have the same amount for elk in area 201 for Archery.

I’m putting in for multiple across the country and wonder how much time I should put in ahead of time. Clearly the more the better but I’ve got to be realistic.....I have to work a little bit:). Any feedback you can give is much appreciated. Thx!
Adam Boge thanks man! I really like to hunt areas my friends have hunted and or places I have intel on. With family, business, life etc I scout hard locally but on the out of state hunts I hit up friends or work with outfitters.

Completely get it, with how busy life is investment scouting hunt trips are the first to go:) I live in Iowa so Whitetails are my go to local hunt and I’ve got a buddy in Colorado so we get after elk pretty hard there but I’ve been putting in points for multiple other states and eventually the numbers will start working in my favor and I’ll be able to cash some of those in. Probably should connect with an outfitter for those so I have a quality hunt. Love your Ibex videos too, best I’ve seen, you earned those hunts man, really thought you were going to seal the deal a couple times!!:). What were the brush guards you had on? Or were those snake guards?!?! Thanks again and good luck the rest of the season.
