I literally walk by people in the grocery store & they give me compliments. So no, it really hasn’t been a drawback in any way.

Just to share with you and get your input, my father is from Croatia and my mom is from India. They both told me to never apologize for being prejudice because everyone has prejudice. We all prefer our own culture, food, language, music etc. You apologize if you find that you have discriminated against some one based on culture. I love Indian food, dress, choices, lifestyle. I can't apologize for that. What I can do is let other people love their culture with out apologizing for it. Thoughts?
