I thank you man, you help us put this together, showed how to fire it up and then how to cook. We did ribs and trailer park brisket and it all came out great ..🤤

I always use the 3-2-1 method when doing ribs, I put apple juice in my water pan. I don't know if that makes a difference or not but it seems to help.

321 not bad if done right. Add a little apple cider vinegar to the apple juice

You know I love ribs Scotty! In fact I'm smoking some baby backs today! Those spare ribs were nicely pre trimmed alright! And spare ribs are always thin in my experience. If you want meaty ribs, baby back is the way to go! But I definitely love spare ribs too, and these look fantastic! I was hoping you would have shown that thin side to see how they were. You said they burn off and they did look a little dark, but that doesn't mean they don't taste good! I usually cut that part off too and smoke it another time. Awesome experiment!😋👍

Ahh... "3"-"2"-"1", is the hours... didn't know that. Can you show some competition style ribs which are more juicy? Thanks.

Well that looked DELICIOUS!! I have never tried 3-2-1 but I certainly will! Curious how the end was? Looked burnt a bit but still looked tasty! 😁

I do mine 3-3-1 but like you said, do it the way you want because ribs come out great no matter how you cook them...very forgiving meat 😉

Scotty, After trying the 321 method how does the taste and texture and look compare to your method of doing ribs?

taste amazing . better then 2 2 1 imop. 85% of people prefer fall off the bone ribs
