Though you are quite senior and a very talented actress and you shared wonderful hacks for makeup but there is one thing being a makeup artist I can say makeup ko oxidised ya dark hone se rokne ke liye primer ka use hota hai fir chahe aap foundation kitna bhi lite shade use kar lo wo dark ya oxidised nahi hoga bs ek acchi company ka primer in generous amount.

It isn’t true that all of Indian skin tones have yellow or orange undertone or only very fair/light skinned people have pink undertone. There are 3 types of undertones: Warm, cool & neutral. To determine your undertone, all you need to do is check your veins. If you majorly have green veins, you have warm undertone. If you have majority of blue, purple veins, you have a cool undertone & if you have green & blue veins both, then you have a neutral undertone.
So you need to choose your foundation as per your undertone. Also, it isn’t true that in summers you only need matte foundation. If you have dry skin then you need to choose a dewy/luminous foundation.
And Primer is a must. You just cannot skip a primer. Also, a pore minimising toner won’t do the job as well as a primer would.
Also, a makeup setting spray is very crucial as well if you want your make up to last for all day or all night long. It makes your make up sweat proof & budge proof.
Using an eye shadow for filling your eyebrows is fine but then again, it won’t last. For example if your hand rubs across the forehead, it will smudge. So it is always a good option to invest in a waterproof eyebrow pomade or a pencil.
About concealer ....plzz clear
@@deepikamanethiya6718 She didn’t use a concealer at all but concealer again is a very crucial step of the makeup. I prefer using just a concealer & not a foundation for a everyday makeup look. Just use a concealer under your eyes, on any dark spots, acne scars or any pigmentation you might have & around the mouth (most of us usually have a slightly dark skin around our mouths) & set it with any powder (translucent, loose or compact) & that’s it.
If you want to know what concealer shade to choose, usually I suggest that everyone must have 2 concealer shades (if you aren’t using a color corrector).
1 shade should be an exact match to your skin tone (to cover up the dark circles, dark spots etc) & 2nd shade should be a shade 2 times lighter than your actual skin tone (To highlight).
So you use the 1st shade (your exact match) to cover the dark circles, acne scars, pigmentation etc. Followed by the 2nd shade, the lighter shade to highlight.
If you don’t have any dark circles etc, then you can just go for the lighter shade.
Also, if you are using a color corrector then even in that case you don’t need to use the 1st shade & you can just use the 2nd shade.

Drugstore/ Affordable: Maybelline Fit me, Maybelline age rewind, Swiss beauty, Elf camo concealer & NYX professional HD photogenic concealer
High end/ Luxury: Too faced born this way multi use sculpting concealer, Makeup up forever ultra HD concealer, MAC studio fix concealer (There are 2 more which I absolutely love, Tarte shape tape & Nars radiant creamy concealer. They aren’t available in India but you can get them from insta stores etc)
