- UNRWA - the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees - was this week sued in New York Federal Court by Israelis who accused the Agency of aiding and abetting the October 7th Hamas attack on Israel. The complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for Manhattan, including an allegation that the Agency spent more than a decade helping Hamas build its terror infrastructure and personnel needed to carry out the October 7 attack.

Bravo on this lawsuit. Israel should sue as well for special unfair illegitimate sanctions and none on Gaza and Hamas.

Of the UNRWA employees accused by Israel as abetting terrorists was at least 1 who was caught IN Israel on October 7. Several whose phones located them in Israel at the time. Multiple who received texts with information regarding the attack.
How much evidence do they need that Israel hasn't provided?
