The moral reason is, why would it be for Egypt, to pay for Israel's bill ? if gazans go to Egypt, it's obvious they're not coming back, while Israel will annex the Gaza stripe. So ok, Israel takes the lands, ethnically cleanse it from its people, and it's to Egypt to deal with the mess ?
Plus, even if it's just projections, what happens if 2 millions of gazans are re-settled in tents camps in sinai ? Hamas reconstitutes there, Egypt sinks in chaos, Hamas starts again to launch rockets at Israel. And then, Israel pretext to self defense, to invade and annex Sinai, and seize control of the Suez Canal. Allowing Palestinians into Egypt alleviates their immediate plight, but hampers their cause. Should Egypt concede then any remaining Palestinians will be ushered out in similar fashion until none remain.
*Hamas took the bait.* Intelligence did _not_ fail. Some occupiers are deliberately being sacrificed in order to justify wiping out these remaining Palestinians. In 1948, a gang pursuing power-that did not lack shelter-drove inhabitants out of their homes and seized their property, having come from fine homes themselves that local residents could only dream of owning. With machine guns mounted on the back of jeeps they strafed the countryside. Without pity. Without remorse. Devoid of conscience. That was not evil?¹³ _Why can't these people that have been uprooted and whose lives have been shattered just lie down and die quietly instead of resisting their fate?_
¹³ The _Cremation Cult,_ a Satanic creed, replaced worship of God and is the _de facto_ official religion of the public service. Ignition without fuel resulting in perfect combustion leaving no residue of ashes and bone fragments. _That_ they cannot deny. Instead of the Holy Bible are volumes on this cult conviction. An invocation by occupiers caught up in this conflagration is never to God, it is always to the _Cremation Cult_ that pardons their presence on land that does not belong to them, in a classic bait and switch, having long ago discarded the pretense that their brazen theft of real estate was the outcome of a divinely ordained pledge.
³ The plan contrived by the British, approved by the UN, requiring Palestinians to relocate from their homes where their livelihoods had been established over countless generations was tantamount to a slow death sentence. Their means of earning a living was terminated and even if they had funds to make relocation possible, which most did not, they would have encountered resentment, overt hostility and violence in an effort to drive them back and would not have been able to recover from their ruin.

I'm actually shocked that people today have to ask such a question to Egypt. Jordan allowed a great many Palestinian "refugees" in back in the 70's., and in return they tried to overthrow via assassination the ruling family and Govt of Jordan, which became known as "Black September".
Also, Palestinian "refugees" allowed into Lebanon were key elements in starting the Lebanese civil war ,which basically ruined that Nations economy from which they have never really recovered. It appears these "Palestine Supporters" know nothing of actual History, and the havoc that has followed the Palestinians everywhere they go and how many times these " innocent refugees" turned out to in reality be trained and hostile Terrorists and subversives.

Do you know what happened when Jordan in the 60s allowed Palestinians to come and settle. The conflict erupted after the PLO, which had been based in Jordan since 1967, began to act as a state within a state, challenging King Hussein's authority. Hussein saw this as a threat to his throne and to Jordan's stability.
On September 17, 1970 (called the Black September), the Jordanian Army launched a crackdown on the PLO (with the help of Pakistan Army which sent its Brigadier with a few thousand Army men). Thousands of Palestinians were killed and PLO defeated.
This is why no Arab nation wants Palestine refugees. They are a nuisance.

Ppl have died, been jailed and tortured on both sides. Does anyone think Egypt wants to let in more of its enemies? The last time Egypt let in refugees from Gaza, those people started attacking the Egyptian administration as well as Israel from the Sinai.

the civilians do support hamas. They are hamas. See that the big downside of being a terrorist without uniform or other marking like a normal soldier. If you hide between other civilians, everyone becomes a target. As soon as a hamas soldier takes off his green headband he goes back to being a civilian. So, logically you have to view every single civilian as a potential enemy. Hamas is only hurting it's own people in the end.@@ruthhorowitz7625

KMT leaders riddled the Chinese economies with corruption n personal gains, against the welfare of the common people); only Palestinians can help themselves.
