Which GPS do you use, to get the exact data? I took a look to your recording: 0.5 seconds before the landing, you had the exact altitude (1 / 2 meters).
I've been part of the test group for this and today's attempt with the latest worked really well. It takes some time to get the settings rifht for each model and landing locations. For me I'll use it for when a FS happens, it will have a much better, controlled landing, then the older emergency landing for fixed wings.

Do you have range sensor of any type or is it just baro and GPS?
Just baro and gps. A lidar sensor can be used to make use of the "flare" feature for landing.
