- Here is PMEX REMIX version 0.95B and all of its playable characters! PMEX REMIX is a mod for Super Smash Bros. Brawl / Project M that adds a ton of new stages, characters and adjusts every character's moveset and the overall gameplay for a faster gameplay experience.

Imagine if Remix has a Story Mode like the vanilla one has, it would be amazing (I tried to install the mod then open it in Dolphin but it keeps don't work not even in the Dolphin emulator that Remix has, help me)

Man, I love Shadow. It's been fun seeing Smash Modders evolve him over the years from being a moveset clone of Sonic to straight up getting his Sonic Battle attacks.
It'd be cool if we had Eggman/Robotnik in, such as in a Meksuit or something. I know there's probably a DK or Ganon Alt out there..

we've definitely come a long way as far as brawl mods go. the new characters used to be so janky, especially with animations, but now they mostly look really good (though there are a couple who are still pretty janky looking), dare i say they almost look official. and they also did a really good job bringing the characters from the newer games over.
It’s so cool seeing Soras moveset backported to brawl. It’s kinda odd how they changed his voice though
yeah, i did prefer the DDD voice but it's ok
I kinda prefer the KHII voice over DDD. While DDD is a great voice I think KHII’s gives Sora a much more mature sounding voice. I’m not saying I hate it, just saying I like the other voice better.
I'd prefer if they removed all Square characters the greedy money grabbing twats.
@@frostyfreezy819 Probably because KH2 is Sora in his older body while KH DDD Sora had him regress to his younger 14 year old body so the voice actor tried to make his voice sound younger.
@@brinst_ar The DDD voice fits best overall in regards to what Smash was going for. Though I do prefer his KH 1 and 2 voices, I modded Ultimate to have each respective alt to have it's matching voice.

Whoever put Vectorman in this is an absolute champ! My childhood was rekindled a bit from seeing him in Smash.

This mod is great, although i think it's lacking in Donkey Kong characters, and i would be more than happy if Dixie kong and Funky Kong where in this mod. This is still one of the best rosters for a smash project possible.
I think I saw King K Rool being worked on for the next release, but an L Loadable Funky Kong as a boss for DK would be cool, much like Metal Mario and Giga Bowser, or you can simply add Alts for Kranky, Funky, Dixie and maybe Baby Kong if someone makes it.
@@Goblin_Hands Yeah, i saw recently that they are working on king k rool and dixie kong, which is fantastic news, but i still wish we could see funky kong making it in.
might be a small detail, but i love how some attacks have a swing effect colored after their character, like luigi's down b or DK's up b

Look at Shieks fair in p+ (vanilla), that's how I prefer it. And then look at how bad Waluigi's nair looks in remix... not every trail effect in PMRemix looks terrible but there are others like jabs that have a "circle" trail? lol? Why...

For the .95 update I made all the lyn costumes except Mia and the Black recolor. I tried doing Erk recolors for Robin for the longest time, but I ended up doing it for the Swordmaster Lyn alt I made for .95
So you can actually use Serra and Erk Lyn recolors in the same match and I love it so much
How far can someone go with modding in a character for project +
emix? Does it take a small dev team to get a single character up and running?
I’d love to see some old classic characters like the cyborg from Hagane become a playable character, so seeing some newly added and original characters in Remix has me thinking that’s possible.
@@Hibernial Usually there is a small dev team or you have a single person who does the majority of all the work. If you want to see a character happen in the game, by best advice is to join my discord server linked in my YT channel. I pride that as being a community center that is very active. I can promise you will at least have a character model and renders in the game if not a custom moveset too. Im willing to help or teach anything I can to help see it through.

Yep, the miiverse stage is accurate.
This mod does justice to Daisy, Dark Samus and Richter while introducing more echoes/semi clones like Alph, Toon Zelda, Blood Falcon, Ninten, Metal Sonic, Zack Fair and many more, heck I’d say some of these feel like their own unique character!

It’s like super smash Bros brawl + but also, I was kind of expecting Krystal from star fox to be a playable character.
Villager, Megaman, Rosalina, Greninja, Bowser Jr., Duck Hunt, Inkling, K. Rool, Incineroar, Plant, Byleth, Steve, Kazuya, and the miis are missing, but this still looks amazing. I hope they eventually get added
...and min-min, too, I guess.
In the recent trailer for this mod they teased Villager, King K. Rool, Incineroar, and Kazuya at the end of it. So they’ll be in this game soon.

It's missing quite a few characters from later Smash games (no Rosalina for example). Would be interesting to look at though.

Every update has added more and more of the cast from Ultimate, Banjo, Pyra & Mythra, Sora, Isabelle etc. were never in this mod until this update so even more Ultimate characters will probably come soon too.

I wish there was Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame in this mod as well as Sanae Kochiya (who would be an echo of Reimu) and Remilia Scarlet (maybe someone else, I want at least 4 2hu chars in it), can’t fit all Touhou Project characters in it though but I want its representation in it. I can imagine Reimu having alternate colour palettes (blue, white, various other palettes that represent other Touhou characters changing her outfit and hair colour) as well as two different costumes like the HD fighters (which play like Astra Superstars in case you’re wondering, probably the closest thing to a modern day equivalent of it, you probably notice she wears a blue tie as opposed to yellow here), her Korindou outfit and her PC-98 appearance as well, same for Marisa. I can imagine Reimu spamming cards towards Mario and Marisa unleashing her Master Spark which would be her final smash. Sanae has a similar moveset to Reimu, that’s what I want. Remilia would flap her wings to get back up on the stage. It’s easy to imagine what their movesets would be. Their idle animations would be identical to that of the 2000’s Touhou fighting games which are incredible games btw! Also fighting Metal Reimu and Giant Marisa would be a thing in it as well. Not sure about voices though as Touhou isn’t known for voice acting, although there is a Hisotensoku voice mod that the creator of this mod could use for these character’s voice clips. Their icons would be the yin yang ball the series is known for. And I want there to be a Hakurei Shrine and a Gensokyo stage in it also. I hope it becomes a thing.
THANK GOD that there are more zelda characters then Fire Emblem ones. Even though they are all just clones, I'll still game with my boy Young Link from MM with the Keaton mask on.

In one hand, Im a bit disappointed that Phoenix Wright is not in, on the other hand.... this looks awesome. And LYN! AND BLACK KNIGHT! Its super cool!
I worked on Lyn's recolors and her Swordmaster alts, I thank you for appreciating the work put into that. I will say though, if you are really a lyn fan you should be able to name her recolor origins (except black and mia default)
The only thing I wish this mod had was the narrator saying every single character name on the select screen.
I really want more characters from the Bayonetta series, they can take advantage of either Jeanne like echo fighter, beloved, masked lumen, alraune, loki and rodin

Patiently waiting for Phantom Ganon (P.G) to be replaced with Mage Gamomdorf (M.G). It makes more sense to have M.G instead of P.G since the move set itself screams M.G.

I’ve always thought Megan from F-Zero Maximum Velocity would be a cool Smash character since she’s the main character in that game. Would have a lot of freedom in designing her move-set, could be a fun one to try making for any of you modders out there.

Seeing Smash 4 and Ultimate characters downgraded into Brawl's game engine looks so surreal yet well executed. Coupled with some playable assist trophies, and you got yourself a spicy looking assortment of fighters.
120 characters and Star Fox is still stuck with the same 3 since 2008
Technically it's 5 since Falco and wolf get Ult l loads. It's just that no one really makes Star fox characters

Why is this community so small? This brawl mod is heavily underrated.
My only additions, A Bravely rep, my boi Ringabel would be awesome and an Alt for Sora which is Roxas, maybe with different spells and stronger and faster but easier to knockout? Maybe or just the alt costume would be fine for me.

You couldnt port this stuff to ultimate. Ultimate has hardly a fraction of modding potential compared to brawl. Just not possible
Looks better than Ultimate! If Tournaments existed for it and the Nintendo Ninja's weren't after every mod having tournaments and cash rewards I would totally wanna play competitively. You can see the A I 's Wave Dash. Also Zeraoara looked really cool. Would have also liked to see Banjo's Specials besides Jump Pad. Love how his B-Air is his F-Air in this game it should have been in Ultimate :)
Is this on a modded Wii or run only on Emulator? This mod looks super cool and almost worth buying a modded Wii over a Switch if someone doesn't already have a Switch, I do love the authentic feel that Ultimate brings though and how we actually have an official Smash game with Rare characters and Sora. Keep up the good mod showcases man!
It works on both a homebrewed wii or on the Dolphin emulator, dolphin emulator gives you the HD textures and resolution

The only characters in this mod that I'm not familiar with are the girl who fights Sonic, Tails, and Sans at 13:56 and the girl who fights Terry, Snake, and Sub-Zero at 17:19

Duckhunt and a lot of others are missing too. Remix isnt going to take a half quality moveset whether it be in coding or structure of the character.

I don't understand why that prehistoric "megaman" is still used and not megaman X instead.

They've stated they're going to add all ultimate characters eventually, they added several from ultimate and several newcomers in this update. Patience will reward you.
