I realized that some characters final smash are bugged or don't have a final smash, and some uses other final smashes from other characters as placeholders, and some use their final smashes from their moveset, or taunts, or some are a WIP. I hope the devs work the character's unfinished final smashes, or copy the same final smash from smash 4, or Ultimate. and make them more entertaining.
Agreed. I actually play EX Remix on a casual level. Sometimes I'll just play it just to beat on some CPUs with my favorite characters. Would love if they all got final smashes, or maybe even added the FS meter option. That being said, I'm still grateful and appreciate the team for all their hard work.
Now I see why Nintendo simplified the Final Smash attacks in Smash Ultimate in comparison to Brawl and Smash 4. Alot of them are either avoidable, hard to control, or their damage output is crap.

Im actually impressed they made Nu-13's final smash essentially a shot for shot remake of her astral finish in Blazblue
The recreation of the blaze blue astral finisher in brawls engine is really good. Even the lip syncing is arguably better than the official version.

Like many of them just don't work, they gave Isabel and mythra wii fit's, pyra's just deforms and kills you, and daisy's is barely animated

Reusing Mario Finale on Wii Fit Trainer is a pretty clever workaround functionally
