This video is short and sweet! Its a luxurious home but not too large! more in keeping with a normal family home. its too bad thry didnt have a seperate entrance to the basement as you could rent that out if you wanted! i like the location of this home! great tour guys keep it up!

Really liked this house. It was a little bit "empty" in the main room, with the kitchen/living room. Would like something in front of the kitchen island. And no garage is a deal breaker for me. Talking like I could afford a house like this. haha
I actually loved that it wasn't filled with too much, gave it a minimalistic touch 🙏
Geniale Architektur - mehr hätte man aus diesem Grundstück nicht machen können. Alle Räume haben eine komfortable Größe und sind harmonisch angeordnet. Es gibt auch keine engen Gänge, die man leider heute in fast jeder Megavilla findet. Einzig die Küche könnte etwas mehr Stauraum vertragen. Aber das kann man ja einfach "nachrüsten". Der Preis für das Haus ist völlig gerechtfertigt. Ein super Objekt, dass sicher nicht lange auf dem Markt sein wird.
Danke dir fur dein Feedback. Hinter der Küchen ist ein Abstellraum, der leider aber komplett voll ist und wir ihn deswegen nicht zeigen wollten 😅

Wish you guys would do a full detailed tour of 4 Bd. de l'observatorie, Cannes 06400. It is infamous property 3000 square meters with 12 ensuite Master bedrooms, 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool, plus several staff apartments, discotech, and home cinema, built in 1928 known as Villa Bagatelle, and some claim it may be cursed. There is even article about it in La Monde. It was recently renovated 2022, and has since hosted events with celebrity models like Cara Delevingne. and hosted untold numbers of other celebrity guests in its long history.
It is for seasonal rent and also for sale, listed around Euros 110M.

Probably my favorite small villa I've seen from you. Would only buy for below 2M though, but I guess those kind of prices are long gone.
