I feel like the video is colorgraded and I can't tell the natural colors of the house. I would've appreciated it more if I see how the property looks in real life
No view, no privacy, poorly designed outdoor area - especially the ugly astro turf strips in the rear garden. Exposed TVs are also ugly (should be hidden). And probably asking $20-25m! Much better (and cheaper) properties are available.
