They've been doing really well in Korea even if they don't chart as high internationally. It's the company that isn't promoting them as well as they used to. Also think members would be replaced. Lesser known groups have done this, and with how known the FIFTY FIFTY name is by non-K-Pop fans, it wouldn't make sense to debut a new group with different name. They would lose all the attention.

All of the members of Enhypen have individually raved multiple times about how great their experience with fans has been in America on this tour. They look relaxed in the videos and have said that they enjoy the friendly interactions. (Also, keep in mind that Americans frequently hug people they meet - even if they aren't close.) Really, the only people I've seen upset about it are fans from conservative countries that don't want other fans touching "their idols". Unless the boys say something different or look scared, I'm inclined to believe what they've told us.
Yap...Kfans are a bit overthinking here....US culture is different than in S.Korea so they guys will adapt to cater to the fans.... similar like if they were in a Muslim country, they wouldn't touch they female fans based of the countries laws and out of respect...along as the guys were ok with it, security was upheld...that all is good.

Even if they were being mistreated for example it's not like Enhypen members could speak out, what are they supposed to do, go against a massive company that's in a position to where they're trying to monopolize the industry by buying out their competition?
I hope you realise it's very rare that idols speak out about being uncomfortable, firstly because of the fans (HYBE fans are some of the most rabid fans I've ever seen) that will immediately turn on them for saying something against the big company that "treated every idol so well", and secondly because the same big company that debuted them has more than enough sway to permanently blacklist them from the entertainment industry.
I can place a pretty safe bet that Jake probably didn't enjoy the camera being thrown at his face, and the members probably didn't enjoy being crowded in a small room, and that none of the members would approve of it happening in the future if they saw the near crowd crush effect that happens as fans try to dart toward the meet and greet post concert.
They're treating Enhypen members like they're a drive through zoo exhibit in the name of profit. Is that right?

The remaining Fifty Fifty members got what they wanted, which is the contract termination. However, they are faced with enormous debts, I don't know why they thought they could get away easy with breaching their contracts, these girls were ridiculously stupid for thinking that they would be able to make a profit only a few months into their debut. Many famous idols and groups aren't normally paid until they are a year or 2 years in the industry because they have to pay back the company for all the training that they had received.
I don't see how Fifty Fifty is going to win this lawsuit especially since they did breach their contract. Good luck to these girls, because they will need it.

I don't think there's an agency who would risk taking them with their reputation. They are also at risk of being blacklisted from the industry.
1. There's no bloody good reason why those girls are touching the members faces. If female idols faces were being held by male fans like that, there would be more outrage than this.

The high court just dismissed their appeal and upheld the original decision because they had never submitted a statement of appeal (A statement explaining why you believe the decision should be appealed). With their contracts being terminated and the court upholding that original decision, Attrakt is in a prime position to go after the girls for damages and breach of contract

Just because someone is an idol doesn’t give anyone jthe right to tell them or talk bad about any one if you don’t like that’s your right but others of us really don’t want to hear it. Chen has the right to live his life as he wants. He’s a grown man we should be happy that he has found love and have 2 beautiful children from his marriage. The other three Fifty Fifty members had plenty of time to realize their mistake and correct it. Evidence shows they knew they were lying to get out of the contract. They wanted more money, and now they will be broke from legal fees and having to pay the CEO back. I hope ATTRAKT makes out big with suing those 3 and The Givers, and is able to debut a new girl group with the remaining FIFTY FIFTY member.
Tho honestly, he could also replace the other 3 and keep the name in order to maintain the international popularity they have. A lot of the people who like Cupid aren't even familiar with K-Pop at all and would have no idea if it was 3 different girls singing a new song under the same name. Enhypen fanmeet.... I really think K-fans are overthinking the fans interactions with them. I mean if the guys and management allow the interaction, I dont see a problem. The fans are just having the time of their lives which, lets not be bias...all fans wish they can get this close and playful with their idols...plus the culture in US is different, where its normal, for hugs, kiss on the cheek, getting real close to even a stranger.... In the west interactions can be very friendly and close....not like in S.Korea where everything is being watched, criticised and more stand-offish when it comes to been close with strangers or idols in this sense. As long as securuty was upheld...I see no issue.

I myself is an army. And let me tell I'm scared of my own fandom sometimes. I won't say every single army is toxic but sadly majority is toxic. Actually I fear for the day when Jimin , Taehyung and Jungkook announcers about their partners.(since they have the most delusional solo stans) They would get tons of d3ath threats from toxic fans. Members themselves are the people who suffers more because of these fans. Before becoming a idol they are human beings too. So why can’t they respect these idols without invading their privacy.
@SGS317 It's true, Army is a huge fandom, no doubt the toxic ones are great also in numbers....smh...but I would also be lying if I say the guys of the company doesn't share some blame in this....for years as a marketing strategy fans are fed the notion the idols belongs to them, no girlfriends and the big one....Army are my Girlfriends....ummm...many fans will eat that up and live in delulu zone and go with that, worse when they spend thousands to support the guys....it will give them the feeling the guys belongs to them....now after years of doing this....ofcourse these moments are bound to happen...Fans really should know better, and see that this is apart of how Kpop promotes the idols, but the guys and companies share blame in creating the delulus also.

Nor do mentally stable people invest 99% of their time into triangulating Jungkook's location based off of seeing a reflection of a specific breed of palm tree on a plastic cup in a photo he uploaded to his socials over a month ago just so they can spend the money to fly abroad to visit that exact location and figure out where Jungkook was situated so they can feel vaguely connected to him.
The facts are that a large percentage of ARMY (and quite a lot of Kpop stans) are plainly just mentally ill. They see a group of guys that are branded to seem like they will love you wholeheartedly no matter what and they are 100% yours, which these fans fall head over heels for, probably because they've never had anybody like that in their real life.
It's unfortunate that the company likely already have known this for years and still choose to profit off of these people who are clearly unwell, and that the members don't clearly discourage it until it's way too late and somebody has already taken it too many miles too far.
As we've seen, this attracts 2 types of people to BTS. You have the first type which is the clout chasers who are hungry for their 5 seconds of fame like Jason Derulo who fell off over 10 years ago and has been trying to make tiktoks/collab with whoever he can to reclaim relevancy, and you have the second type who want to collab, then see ARMY and the absolute mess that they carelessly inflict onto anybody that happens to interact with BTS and run the other way.

About this topic, I agree that our fandom is so freaking toxic in these past years but I'm telling you honestly that about this topic, 90% of the Army's don't even know about this issue. Not a single Army said anything about this rumor because they don't know . Because everyday there are always dating rumors about every member. So most of the Army's don't know and they don't take it seriously because it's like a normal thing now. So, only the 10% toxic obsessed dillusional so called fans are the only ones who did this. About chen, all i could say is not suprising, at the end all idol is selling dream and fantasy to a fan, dream that they can be forever with their idol or fantasize that they're is the idol only love, when the dream abd fantasy is broken then the rage is always coming. So is easy to make difference between idol and a singer, just make your relationship public, if the outrage is minimal then your no longer idol but a singer/artist
