Nayak charges crazy amounts tho he has the prices on his site. 40-50k for deep neck facelift that includes buccal fat pad. His buccal fat alone is 10k, that means for a deep neck lift would be what 30-40k wtf here in miami there are several good surgeons who can do great results for 5-10k easily. Only reason to choose nayak is if you have bulging salivary glands which most people don’t otherwise any good surgeon can remove the fat behind platysma and tighten the muscles

Omg I’ve been looking for some videos about this. I got this procedure done last week Wednesday and it’s been a rough recovery but I’m super excited for my results. I'm freaking out. I'm 10 days postop and didnt know I couldn't stretch my neck backwards. When did you start stretching head back after surgery? Any problems? When did your dr say you could bend neck?
