2022 Ford Bronco Sport | The Badlands is the BEST trim!

  • Ford introduced the Bronco Sport in 2021 and the style instantly transported me back to the early 2000's - with the boxier Escape. The more I learned about the features of the Bronco Sport the more I've come to respect it.
While it's built on the same platform as the Escape, the two couldn't be more different from one another. The Bronco Sport features 4 different trims in Canada and the USA, with the Badlands being the trim to go for if you're planning any kind of off-road adventure.
In this video I break down everything that you need to know about the Bronco Sport - you'll learn about 1st/2nd row space, cargo measurements, what's under the hood and everything in between.

I have been watching a lot of videos on the Bronco Sport over the last few months, and this is very well done. You covered so much info that you would normally have to dig through the internet to find out. You even explained the difference of the trims with very convenient pop-ups. Probably one of the most comprehensive videos about the Bronco Sport on youtube. Thank you for this great look into the "Baby Bronco."

A Ford dealer here in San Diego called me and offered a killer deal on a 2022 Badlands if I traded in my 2021 Sport base model. My 21 Sport was paid off so they offered me 30K for my 21 and gave me the 22 Badlands for 38K. The Badlands is so far and away better than the base model. I love it!

@@CarsWithSteve Not taken it off road. I dont really know how much I will ever get off road. I thought it was a great deal to get the 2L ecoboost Badlands version which I liked anyway. I will drive it to work occasionally but I prefer my daily driver my 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. But the Badlands is fun to drive and my wife loves the B&O sound system. What amazed me was the dealer addon price of the Badlands was 50K.

I have the 2008 Escape, and I couldn't bring myself to order the new Escape. The new body style looks like every other car on the road now. I really like the design of this Bronco. I did not end up ordering the co-pilot 360+ package. I've driven rentals with similar systems and found it more distracting than helpful. You mentioned that the factory installed tow package also includes the full size spare. In fact, the Badlands comes with the full size spare whether you order the tow package or not. I have the 2022 BS Badlands in Silver (Nickname: Silver Bullitt--Steve McQueen movie--I now have both Ford horses in my corral: 2022 Bronco and 1965 GT FB Mustang). Bronco has ALL available options (Premium, Moonroof, Tow, 360 Assist+, Tinted Side Front windows, Rubber Mats, Cargo Mat, etc.) and very much enjoy my ride! FYI: Engine Cover should be on engine: Functions to reduce engine noise, dirt on electronic components and deflects heat from over-cooking your hood (Clear coat peeling hood later in life). Noticed that rear seat headrests did not have side button to auto-fold and angle down when lowering rear seats. This also is a necessity and allows easier rear seat functionality. Both parts should be on vehicle and dealer will provide. Very cool to ride, lots of looks and comments! Only negative comment is the visor Universal Garage door opener will still open my garage door even if FOB is not near, unsafe if car is left unlocked in front of house (I did not program it). Maverick Lariat Tremor starts at $35K. Bronco Sport Badlands starts at $40k. Same platform. Same engine. Same rear dual clutch locker. If you add the Luxury/Premium to them with copilot 360 they are at $38,425 for the Maverick and $44,125 for the Bronco Sport. In my opinion the Bronco Sport only beats the Maverick if you actually will be doing some serious off road otherwise the Maverick seems to be a far better value with a $5-6K savings (if you don't get hit with dealer markups due to availability.). You can save even more with the Maverick if you go with the XLT and FX4 / 4k tow. Where the Bronco Sport doesn't allow you to choose a cheaper package and still get the 2.0 engine.

Вода и грязь убили электрику замка, а вал привода дворника постоянно проскакивал и это была постоянная головная боль! В остальном - всё классно!
