    This thing can get to 60 in 6.2 seconds? Holy crap, that's amazing!

      that's actually on the slower end. With better launching and at sea level it can get to 60 in around 5.6 seconds.

    Not only that Navi unit should be standard especially if you're spending $53k+ for a full-sized pickup truck; you'd think GM would put push button start as well in the Chevy Silverado High Country and its cousin GMC Sierra Denali.

    • @The_Duggler25
      @The_Duggler25 Před 9 lety +4

      Im glad they dont have push button start for my i like to still have my key. Same with the steering column shifter. There still staying to what a truck is. Unlike making it a car with a turn nob trans or cent console shifter like dodge and ford. Or how they dont put rear springs in there truck like dodge. For me i still want a truck that still feels like a truck.i hope gm never changes that

    • @The_Duggler25

      U can still get a single cab but people just dont buy them anymore. Not like they used to cuz they use these truck as there main vehicle and family vehicle. The single cab sales are mostly commercial sales. Even then there not that high cuz for alot of companies if u have a cew y get 2 trucks to haul 6 guys when u can have one do it.

    Whell you explain to me smart guy why then has my dads Ram ran off and left every Chevy he's ever came up against and I've test driven the brand new Chevy there not nearly as quiet as the RAM 1500 is nor do they hold the road as well and this is coming from a lifelong Chevy owner well future X Chevy guy I'm done Chevy has lost two lifelong Chevy guys to a dodge I never ever thought I would say that.

    • @506corvette
      @506corvette Před 10 lety +2

      I like dodge to my brothers ram is nice. But the facts are a stock 1500 will not outrun a silverado or sierra with a 6.2. When dodge brings the new 6.4 hemi in the 1500 then it will. And the chevy's with the 5.3 are dogs the old ones only had 315hp and 335 lbft of torque. When the old hemi had what the new 5.3 make. Im not trying to hate brother i like all the new trucks.

    • @506corvette
      @506corvette Před 10 lety +5

      This is the most powerful engine in a 1500. The rams biggest engine for the 1500 is the 5.7. Which does not make the horsepower or the torque of this engine. And the ram is heavier.

      craig howard True and the 6.2 is the top dog. They have quite a bit of them in the sierras around here. But my dealer which is the biggest in florida only keeps one. When someone buys it they place in an order for one more and thats it.
