Not really. Claymorton is a portmonteau of the words Claymore, a type of sword, and Morton which is a name for a guy. Also, they forgot to localize yaridovich’s name is the west. Yari means spear in Japanese so his new name is speardovich. I heard these facts from a CZcams video, but I don’t remember which one.
At first, I was like “Who the hell is Claymorton and what did he do to my boi Mack?” But now I think I like the name Claymorton better.
@@kevink2986 It definitely works better in terms of what they are and, you know, actually translating some of the Japanese words in Yaridovich's case.

I'll be honest, I haven't played the original, and this was the current RPG that I want to play the most. Finding out the re-release on Switch, I was not expecting to be a full-on remake with very smooth graphics. It looks very good.
I'm very excited to finally experience it, probably as a Christmas gift or so.

As i download that game, not a bad game. The bonus point is on the remake is the easier difficulty and the very fast grinding. Much faster grind than ttyd did.

As much as I REALLY love the soundtrack in the remake version, there's something about this song that I'll give a pass and prefer the original. This remix isn't that terrible, though.

@@marvelousonejr832 I don't know exactly, but I feel like the SNES soundfonts have more intense and charm. I'll probably change my mind once I get used to this version.
It does lack some impact that the original had. That being said, I think theres a mechanic that adds to he music as you successfully input moves.
@@jayman5234 Yeah. I already found out that there are now extra-layered versions of battle themes once you made a combo. The chained version of this song made it a lot better. Though, I still prefer the original.
@PT_926 I feel that way on most of the battle themes. The only ones that still sound right are Culex, Bowser, and Smithy 1. The standard boss theme is okay when the chain bonus version is playing, but the rest kind of pale in comparison to the og versions.
