you will see that the US is producing about 1.5 million barrels LESS every month
The US not importing Russian oil accounts for 3%
Of our oil( about 600000 barrels)
So basically, if we just resumed producing what we were in 2019, we would have 900000 barrels available to export to Europe so that THEY would NOT have to import Russian oil!!!
Unfortunately, that would cost about 90000000 barrel of Potable clean water, which, you might find even more important than OIL.

As a lifelong conservative, including the last two presidential elections, I want to say I have very little trust in Rubio. Having said that, why is he referencing the Vatican? The current Pope has voiced MANY of his personal views that are absolutely against what the US stands for! Halfway through this video I can see Rubio hasn't changed a bit.

If we stopped sanctioning Venezuela and allowed our oil companies to work there again they could rapidly expand production.
