The first ammendment has limits. You can't yell fire in a theater for example. Or make threats against the president. But that's NOT the issue here. We are not deporting people for their speech alone. It's their support of terrorism. We absolutely can, and should, deport and reject ANYONE who supports or endorses terrorism.

The rights of the constitution extend to all in the us, not just citizens. We do ourselves a great disservice by trying to curtail and restrict rights, first for one minority then to who knows for whom…

This is tricky, and I agree the first amendment protects Americans ability to say awful things, but this has to do with visitors and I think we have the right to kick people out who support terrorism.

Wait a minute… when I was was going through the process of becoming a citizen, I’ve had to promise and sign and swear that I’m not affiliated with a terrorist organization, and that I do not support one maybe like a thousand times, or else. I mean it’s right there for anyone to see when entering the country with a visa or any other way. They signed the same contracts just like everyone else. 🇮🇱🇺🇸

These organizations don’t technically endorse the Muslim Brotherhood, but they are being funded by them. Does that mean they are technically affiliated with them? And does that transfer to those individuals that join these terrorist-sponsored college groups? I’m legitimately asking, I don’t know the answer. I’m not a lawyer.

This is a slippery slope. People protesting is one thing. What I’d wonder about, is whether or not any of the protesters are being paid to “protest” or fan the flames as part of some back door foreign embassy function. Foreign nationals inside the USA are in fact NOT enjoying the same rights as Americans unless they have a valid permanent residence card. Foreign students, most of them, are not permanent residents. Wherefore, they are not entitled to “free speech” which is actually promoting terrorism. Yelling FIRE in a theater is not exercising free speech.
