About 4 days clean after sh about every day for the past 4 months or so. I love this audio because it outlines that people that do it sometimes don’t know or understand why they do it or that being mad just makes it all worse. Thank you for the amazing audio❤️

An incredible audio as someone who has struggled with sh (6 months 20 days clean) in the past I find it incredibly helpful to feel like I would be able to help someone going through the same things as I did and as an idea for a future audio perhaps comforting a partner about scars from prior self harm its something I've found to be incredibly helpful in tougher moments and unfortunately very little is targeted towards a male audience and often ones labled 4a end up using feminine pronouns which is unhelpful due to it triggering dysphoria
