Ohh my god...... I've never comforted someone with a nightmare but i remember being exactly like this when I used to get nightmares 😭😭 this audio is so accurate omg like youd be crying and shivering and unable to speak properly......i can really relate to this.....and now thinking abt it from a 2nd person perspective makes me realise how worried and sad my parents must have been when i was going through a really bad phase.
