Honestly one of my favorites. Gotta trim the fenders back a bit to save the tires. Also changed the tires to proline gladiators. Gets around the track pretty well now. đ Great video Kevin!!

I have been wanting to get the 1/6 scale super baja but it's out of my price range. Hopefully 1/10 raptor baja is in my price range. Looks like it's a blast to drive. Looks like the group of rc fan you hang with are awesome to hang with. Awesome video like always.

Awesome video kev and that truck really takes the abuse. Iâve been looking at getting one of those and now I might just have too. You should do roll reversal with your brother one time and let him try to be you while you film. I think people would get a kick out of it.
Its a great truck, just some tips: get some heavy weight diff oil for the center diff (15k+), and first upgrade would be proline desert truck tires, (baja t/a or hyrax) not sct tires they are too small and wide second would be and aluminum steering rack, servo mount doesn't allow many servo horn upgrades but I haven't had any issues with stock one, servo did die 3 months after purchase (bought in march 2020) haven't had anything break other than the rear area of the roll cage around the tire mount and body damage. Its my toughest most reliable rc.

I prefer 'His Lordship'. In fact, I may even have a Coffee mug with that on. Not sure 'His Lordship' would work on the side of an RC Car though đ

I almost bought this RC a few times. Some of the best RC videos on CZcams are of this rig because it's so real and scale! This was ready set RC's favorite RC for years. One of the reasons I didn't buy it is because I heard it was really time-consuming to work on.

That Losi Baja Rey 1/10 is impressive. Looks to be a strong basher and tougher then the Super Baja Rey and you still get the realistic scale of the truck with live axle etc. I think this one is going to be on my buy list now! As I love sc trucks

I already have it. Itâs very very nice. Itâs a little bit small fĂŒr snow bahing. But all other things are very beautiful at this rc car. Itâs a very big 1/10. One of the best Rc cars l ever had.

I put the helper shocks from the front of a udr on the rear and put a diff locker in.
I love mine, have a lot of fun with it.
Before I even watch to far in, I can tell you that these baja Reys are beastly. I own one and I've almost blown the tire off several times now.đ

Great camera shots. It would be cool if you put a FPV camera and mount it in the drivers view looking out like youâre behind the wheel - that would be cool to see
You should get some more budget rc tests on the go. Some of the ftx range would good as they are entry level hobby grade but still good enough to upgrade. Much better than the bang good specials

I have this car and only broken 2 rims but i drove hard in -20C. I sold my UDR because the Losi is way more durable

If you rewatch the skatepark part of the video, the back flip - in slow mo you can see the tire looked unbalanced AF. Me thinks that launch before did it
Vitavon makes a complete aluminum set for this rig. It lowers the center of gravity so you don't tip over so much.

I have one of these. Hands down one of the best 1/10th scale TT's and SCT trucks out there.
Thatâs a great car! I just got a 3S senton a little bit ago but I already blew out the back tire lol. Anyways itâs heaps of fun
had this car as my very first last year loved it to bits literally it really needs a rebuild :)
I got me two of these and they're so awesome.. The abuse the Baja Rey takes is insane. Bought the second to build up with all hop up parts available frome likes of Hot Racing, Vitavon, SSD etcâ„đ

@@henrypennell3729 I agree.. I have 3k worth of parts that I've collected for my ultimate RC build which I will call Heavy Metal. It's a Arrma Mojave built, complete custom builtđ. It will be fun to take my time building it. Might drive it at the park on grass, might not and keep it as a model of what can be done to an RC konda like a trophy I guess.đđ

Kev be having the best locations. Wish I had a few good close locations to rip my RCs. Not having any, made me start liking to build and upgrade them more than playing with them now. Some I've sold and never even took them out to see how they run. I have got to get out of this dead ass city of mines.
After owning a few of these BR and RR⊠how he didnât blow out the diff cup screws is beyond me!

I Have a summit 1/10 brushless mamba monster, and rock rey 1/6, dbxl 2.0, but summit is my favorite!
The hoss is faster and Jumps higher but u like the summit it's so cool

I've had my Rock Rey for 2 full years now and I've only broken drive pins here and there, and those seem to be a failure point on purpose so you kill the little easily replaceable pin, and not a wheel hex, steel axle, or gears or anything expensive. The Losi Rey's are absolutely built like tanks, only issue I've heard with that one is the stock shocks tend to kind of bind up after a while, upgrading them to metal ones is the single best upgrade (aside from tires) that you can do to that truck.
Just can watch that squatting all day. Just like the big brother Super Rock Rey

Hi Kev, I was wondering if you can make a Latrax Prerunner have a 1/8 motor or 1/6 motor with a max 6 or max 5 esc. You might need new diffs, driveshafts, spur, and pinion. You will also probably have to build your own motor mount

Just got back into rc vehicles after almost 20 years. I am a retired Army Veteran. My first truck was a Bezgar HM123 which a buddy and I decided to to get 2 so we could race and jump and do truck therapy(I was in a VA hospital getting treatment and counseling for TBI). Then once I was home I got a real truck Arrma Big Rock. Over 20 years ago my first truck was a Tamiya Blackfoot, then a tamiya 4WD rally car, then a Team associated RC10T. Now that I am back into the hobby I want to do another kit. What one should I do first?
