Maafua we could use our Ghana Card for voting, its just unnecessary arguements and mistrusts that is creating all this problems. There is no data collection anywhere in the world that is perfect, but atleast least with your ID we have a legal information to work with. Once you are captured with a certain data about you, whether it is true or not, it gives as a legal standard to work with. Who doesn't know a typical ghanaian might lie about his age, but once it is captured, that becomes the legal standard to work with. That is far better than waiting for guarantors and what have you before someone could be registered to vote.

Agreed but because of the seriousness of rigging I think they want to be careful and agree with all the parties before they do so.

Hello my dear Maafua, i love to listen to you alot, and I actually appreciate your input in our national political discourse. So i give you thumbs up to begin with. However, I wish draw your attention on a very big error you made on this show about Prof. Naana Opoku Agyemang, being the first female running mate in Ghanaian political arena. That is not true at all. Paa Kwesi Nduom had a female running mate, who actually became the flag bearer of their party. Again this idea of Naa Torshu will not fly, remember we are dealing with swing voters when it comes to certain regions of Ghana, and I bet to draw your attention of the fact that Accra is one of them. It will be a disaster to by pass Ashanti region at this moment in time in the name of trying to win Greater Accra. There are no guarantees anywhere. Again, let me tell you straight up that the Ghanaian mind has not yet reached that place where people would be moved to vote for a party because of the female factor. We are not there yet.
