    And Prince Andrey Dadian led his people to many noble victories across the whole of the Guria, Imeretia, and Abkhazia regions - celebrated as the ‘liberator’ wherever he came and venerated for centuries for his just rule and sagacious dispositions.

    The very pawn that captured the offered knight could have been used as defence when queen came to h5. Chess, and life is like that. The very minutest actions that you do or ignore in a casual manner can come back to wreck havoc at a later stage.

      Not laughing! Almost 100% sure, all of this chess matches are chess studies, written first and payed someone to play against this Princ Dadiani! He was in love with chess, but not good player! Even when he really play 12 matches against some village men and loses 9,he send one to publishing and never sayed he lost most of them! He was sponsor of ches tournament, but never play against some really good players in his time, he live in Monaco some thime, had opportunity to play against them, but he didn't ever! Chigorin describe him in own chess magasin! Matches are beautiful, but not really played, princ is chess crook and not deserving place in chess history! Because of that in any relevant chess book or site, his name not exist!

    The Price series has been WAY BETTER than the China series.

  • @elcastorgrande
    @elcastorgrande Před 4 lety +1

    While I do not take any Wikipedia article as gospel truth, the Wikipedia article on Price Dadian contains this: "After his death some people[who?] accused Dadiani of having falsified or pre-arranged his brilliancies.[citation needed] Although none of these claims have even been substantiated, it is known that he remunerated Steinitz and Preti for publishing his games and was later accused by Fedor Duz-Chotimirski of sending in his own wins while covering up his opponents wins.[citation needed]". So this is a hatchet job, or at least a repetition of unsubstantiated rumors. And why would Steinitz, world champion, prostitute his magazine by selling space to a wood-pushing fraudster, or waste time on a pseudo-analysis of non-games? True, Dadian never played the best players of his time; Steinitz, or even the young Schlechter, would have massacred him. But that doesn't prove he was a phony.

  • @Teemu_V
    @Teemu_V Před 4 lety +1

    This is a spectacular game indeed, but objectively speaking both of them played horribly. It's crazy that computer analysis favors black (-11.7 points) at move 13. Rxf4 (2:31 in the video). Black would have maintained amazing position by playing 13...Qxd2, 13...Ne7 or 13...Qg6. Too bad for him, he chose the move that leads to forced checkmate.

    How to be a better chess player, my observation: take the opening which is rare and in the case of white figures, giving the unique character of the game, for example Sokolovsky, Grob. Than study in the internet all the games with this opening, probably also memorising /learning by heart/ the whole game. Why that will work? The answer are the victims of the white rooks in this game. Who of the onlookers could see this movements? Most of you wouldn´t see it. And that is the reason why after some time you would be a player beatable by small amount of the opponents. Even good player do not see in the uncommon chess positions quite some time obvious movements and are therefore losing the games. That is my observation from internet presentations and from some my plays. Good luck.
    And another observation: Mato Jelic and the man with initial letters GJ and Russians - the author of MaxSchool and Vladimir from Vladimir Chesslike are some of the best chess teachers on youtube - by my opionion - for not very advanced chess players, like me.
